Season 4
They're all South African. They're all outspoken.
They will live together in a specially constructed house, completely isolated from the outside world, watched 24/7 by viewing audiences across the country.
Each week housemates will nominate each other for eviction.
The housemates who get the most nominations will have to survive a viewer vote. If they don't, they're evicted out of the game instantly.
Only the last person remaining at the end will take home the mega jackpot of R2-million.
Along the way Big Brother, that infamous and legendary character at the centre of it all, will no doubt be introducing his own twists and turns into the game.
Given that this is a 100% South African version of Big Brother, and South Africa has 11 official languages, housemates can speak in any of these languages although Big Brother himself will primarily communicate in English.
This season, with the tagline "S'ya Mosha", is all about disruption, challenging perceptions and boldly breaking free from the norm.
With this being the season of disruption, the housemates – a dynamic mix of fun, crazy and bold characters from diverse backgrounds – will do their best to outwit each other to win the hearts of the audience and ultimately the grand prize.
Lawrence Maleka returns as host this season.
