Season 7
All Access Mzansi (known as All Access for its first five seasons) is a South African television magazine show produced by Homebrew Films which aims to keep viewers updated with the entertainment, fashion and celebrity scenes, both locally and internationally, through covering high-end lifestyle gigs, fashion shows, red carpet events and more.
The show gives viewers a special backstage pass to everything hot and happening, while a team of presenters - all celebrities in their own right - spend quality time in the presence of everybody who's somebody in the world of glitz, glam and entertainment.
The show provides viewers with all the latest news about the entertainment world as well as what happens behind the scenes to make it possible.
All Access is produced by Homebrew Films, and serves as a platform to reflect every angle of the local entertainment industry: behind the scenes, recording studios, the art of making films, etc.
The series keeps you updated with the entire entertainment, fashion and celebrity scene, both locally and abroad.
The show aired on M-Net for the first five seasons, running an hour in length. For the sixth season it was moved to DStv's Mzansi Magic channel and cut to half an hour.
Hosts
The show was hosted for the first five seasons by Mark Bayly (better known as the host of Survivor South Africa) and Pabi Moloi, best known as a DJ for 94.7 Highveld Stereo.
The celebrity presenters who joined them were radio and TV personality Bridget Masinga; 5fm DJ Koula; model and host of the kykNET cooking show Roer!, Tammy-Anne Fortuin; model and TV presenter Ewan Strydom; and former SABC3 continuity announcer Jason Greer.
Strydom left the show midway through the fourth season to take a job as presenter of the SABC3 breakfast show Expresso.
For Season 6, Bayly and Koula left the show although Pabi Moloi, Tammy-Anne Fortuin, Jason Greer and Bridget Masinga were all retained. A casting call was made for another new male presenter as well.
Fortuin left the show after Season 6 to do a four-year course at the New York Film Academy and was replaced by new presenter ProVerb at the start of Season 7.
Moloi, Greer and Masinga were all released from their contracts after Season 8 and for Season 9, ProVerb was joined by Dineo Ranaka and Nandi Mngoma as co-hosts.
A fresh trio of presenters debuted in Season 10, after a nearly-two-year hiatus of the show: Big Brother Mzansi contestant Mbali Nkosi, isiBaya star Nomzamo Mbatha and Anga Makubalo, better known by his music persona NaakMusiq.
