Quotes from Episode Three

Brigitte: Sam, I miss him a lot. I feel sorry for him.

Jude: We didn't vote him off because he was the worst person. We had to choose between him and Mzi. That's it, that's the bottom line and for all of us, Mzi brought the most food in. He was able to get at least 3 to 4 big fish every day. The majority of the food was brought in by Mzi. We had to choose between the two of them because they were knocking heads and we had to let Sam go. You will see today the spirit is better then ever, coz there is no tension anymore.

Zayn: I would never eat like this at home. I'm sure it's the same with you. I would be so picky about what I eat. But here you just don't have a choice.

Lezel: We really, really, really need flint. It's day seven, we haven't had fire.

Zayn: We've tried everything. Now we've tried several methods of trying to start fire. We've tried with broken pieces of bottle we found. We've tried with Ncumisa's glass, the lenses from the glasses. We've tried to rub sticks together in various different methods. I think we are about to try the Kama Sutra. I don't know, we've been through the mill, running out of ideas on what to do and I promise you it's just not happening.

Zayn: You a doctor bru. You save lives, save ours now.

Gareth: Pray for a lightning storm to strike one of the palms nearby.

Mark: Zayn, electing to strip down for efficiency.

Nico: Just like some people says it's not over till the fat lady sings, it wasn't over till the Zulu had spoken.

Zayn: The reason I stepped up to the plate is probably because I'm quicker then most people over a shorter distance naturally, coz I've got more power in my legs, especially on sand. I think that's where guys would be generally stronger on sand where it's softer, leg power. That's why I stepped up.

Jacinda: There was confusion, ja. We decided on the person and moved on.

Lezel: Currently the Rana tribe is a little bit frustrated. I would say we having shelter issues. We have no fire and we running out of ideas. We are very resourceful, so when we run out of ideas, there means that there is a bit of a problem.

Zayn: I'm not an expert on tides but from what I can gather, the more we have a full moon out here in Panama, the more the tide comes out.

Ncumisa: We about to loose our home, which could be tragic. Once again I'm tip toeing around these people because I've been telling them for five days that we are going to loose our camp and for five days they've been saying it's never gonna happen. It's now happening and I'm trying so hard not to say I told you so.

Jude: I don't think it's gonna be detrimental to us because the other team had the same challenge yesterday. I just know or heard that their island is better on fruit. So they might have had something to eat this morning, whereas we cannot find coconut, sugar cane, nothing, nada.

Danielle:  The Immunity Challenge was unbelievable. There is no better feeling then winning.

Nico:  Our day has been disastrous. We went to our Immunity Challenge, we were all confident and positive. In he death they beat us by one skeleton head, which mean it's back to TC all over again.

Sanele: Is Jude alright there? Is she breathing, because the way she is resting there, I'm worried. Please someone just check.

Jude: After the challenge I felt weak because I know that during a game the adrenalin keeps me going. I feel normal and psyched up, but after that I'm drained, like all my strength has left me. Normally I have low blood pressure but this time I can feel it's even lower then normal. The only thing that will pick it up is red meat or iron, magnesium anything like that, but we don't get that there. So in the next three days I'm gonna be worth nothing. So I've offered myself for the guys for this tribal council that's coming on. Said to them, rather vote me out because within the next three days I'm not going to be worth anything. So nobody's butts on the line.

Brigitte: To hear Jude say that she wants to quit because that's bascially what she wants to do. She wants to give up without a fight. I was a bit disappointed because I didn't see her in that light.

Vanessa: Jude is somebody I thought would be with this team, whether I was here or not. Till much further on, till merger, top four whatever. She is strong character wise and physically. That's why she doesn't take any kak from anybody and that's who she is.

Nico: We've all lost ourselves now in terms of the voting proccess tonight. We don't know how to handle it. We're not quite sure what's even going to happen. The tribe is not talking to each other. We had our plan B from the time we set plan A, but this has thrown a spoke in the works. I don't know what to expect.

Jude: I'm going weak, let me tell you that I'm going weak. I feel like crying and I haven't cried in six years.

Brigitte: She wants us to vote her off and at this stage anybody is better off next, rather then me.

Jude: It's disappointment more then anything else, but I know myself, I'm not strong enough now.
