A STORY FOR REAL GOBOZA TO INVESTIGATE.

There's so much "stuff" we would like to know about celebrities but it seems that the media is biased towards these shlebs. Why does the media always shift our focus and give us irrelevant-not-so-interesting "gossip" (which is not really gossip).

When last did you read an article that left you gob smacked?
When last did you hear something about a shleb and found yourself emailing everyone you know (and the ones you don't know), because the news were just HOT! HOT! HOT! you just could not keep them to yourself?

Why are these shlebs so protected? Or maybe Mzansi's entertainment industry just does not have the guts?

Enough of pointing fingers and trying to understand things beyond us. It's time to do some REAL GOBOZING!!!

Real Goboza here’s a story to run with.

How in the world did Khanyisile Mbau lose all that weight SO FAST?

Ok! ok! I know we made a pact not to talk about her again, but this is not about the cars, the money or father creeper Mandla. This is some Real Gobozing. I was hoping Dineo would crack her nut and find out how she REALLY lost the weight.

Why ask a person "How did you lose the weight?" then their answer is "I work in the entertainment industry I had to lose the weight ASAP" and leave it just like that??? No! no! no!

Remember that Madame mentioned not exercising AT ALL to lose the weight.

So, that leaves dieting as the solution. Now, if she really dieted, she must have used some hectic diet, like your Atkins diet. The only problem is that with these diets, you still need a couple of months to achieve the results she achieved.

So, we are back to the Mandla dollar question - How did Madame Mbau REALLY lose the weight?

Hint: In the Real Goboza insert of her showing off her 'singing talent', she mentioned a very important piece of evidence in our case. Let me refresh your memory. Remember when she was eating the bunny-chow we all thought “she eats that without gaing weight”, but she did respond to our question. She let slip some words along the lines of:

"Some of us can go to surgeons"

Now do your math...

Did lady K go under the knife?

Sifun' ukwazi?

A piece from a web-site about weight loss and pregnacy http://www.annecollins.com/lose-weight-after-pregnancy.htm.

How Long Will It Take to Lose Weight and Regain Your Shape?
How long it takes you to return to your pre-pregnancy weight and shape largely depends on how much weight you gained while pregnant. The average gain in weight during pregnancy is 25-35 pounds (about 11 - 16 kilograms). During the birth, mothers typically lose 12-14 pounds ( about 5 - 6 kilograms), leaving a remainder of about 12-21 pounds ( about 5 - 10 kilograms) of weight to be lost afterwards, which - allowing for a 3-month recovery period after giving birth - should easily be lost within 6-8 months. If you gained more than 35 pounds (about 16 kilograms) while pregnant, allow an extra month of dieting for each additional 6-pounds (about 16 kilograms) gained. Thus, for example, if you gained about 47 pounds (about 21 kilograms), it will take you about 10 months to regain your pre-pregnancy weight.

Interesting read..

Do you think there's more to the "diet" than what KM is revealing?

                                                          OR

The "diet" does really exist?
