Most men his age (52 to be precise) usually buy viagra to combat certain problems that come with a mid-life crisis but Mr Mthembu decided to purchase two Lambourgini Gallardos: one for himself and the other for his estranged wife whom he was on the brink of divorcing (not so long ago) on the premise that she had been unfaithful with one of her male friends who had hitherto claimed to be gay. It turned out that, according to Mthembu, the particular gentleman was not so gay after all (I’m not refering to Amstel or any of those guys). Now Big Daddy has turned over a new leaf and decided to reconcile with his 21 year old wife and to solicit her he bought her a Lamborghini Gallardo worth 4million rands as well as himself (of the same price). Why am I calling their little entreaty a form of public foreplay(you may ask)? Because one psychologist I spoke to (in passing) remarked that in his subconscious mind these cars are sex toys which they use to spice up their you-know-what. I therefore concluded that their public revving up (at Sandton Square) last Tuesday must be a form of fourplay but ke I didn’t write this article to talk about that. I wrote because I am concerned about their shrinking bottom line. If you have been following this blog you will know that :
Mthembu’s intitial wealth was 80million rands.
*He bought two properties totalling 22 million (one which now belongs to his wife and the other- 6million rands penthouse- he shares with Khanyi)
*He had spent money in palatial hotels, extravagant parties, clothes and bling
*He also bought a Porche Turbo Boxter and a Porche Cayene (which he and his bride never seize to brag about)
*He did invest some (though not much) money on his now dwindling printing business as well as some Telkom shares.
My sources strongly believe that he now has about 6million disposable cash but coupled with his investments he is worth slightly over 34 million.
What is of concern is the fact that two gentlemen with whom he soght to start this business and with whom he allegedly made the proposal to get a tender are now suing him. I wont repeat this story coz I know you know it as it has been largely publicised but my sources state that these men are citing: “indescrepancies” “breach of verbal contract” and “mismanagement”. I don’t know a mismanagement of what but I hope they don’t intend to half his fortune.
Now that would be really, really said wouldn’t you say?
