One Night Stand

To me a 1 nite stand is having a sexual intercourse with some1 you are not in a relationship with….
The 1nite Stand issue happens all the time on soapies, movies, and definitely in real life and I hear ppl say your one nite stand could be your soulmate…if that thing exist..or your Mr/Ms Right
Call me a slut or what ever bt this thing(one nite stand) almost happened to me…I had a big crush on this guy for quite some time then it happened that we got to know each other which led to kissing and damn was he a great kisser…then one thing led to another…my heart was telling my mind to be in control of myself whereas my mind was telling my body you are loving all of this….so go for it…damn lots of Questions came running in my mind…Do you really wanna do this??? Part of me was like yeah!!!…bt the innocent side was like NOOO…does he love you?? My mind was like does it matter…and I thought again yes it does…then luckily for me my friend who had my room’s keys came bursting in tears and I was left feeling happy bt in real need of that thing

Okay enough about me…my question is: when is having a one night stand ever right and is it ever right????…
On soapies such as Generations and other local soapies they always make the one-night-stand a big issue in a sense that there always has to a product..look at these 1nite Stands

Letti and Dumisani
Karabo and sbuda
The list goes on…to tell you the truth I really forgot other couples
In real life Is it really always like that???

it depends what criteria you use to define right. if its not planned,no emotional ties,played safely....then i dont think its wrong.

but if its something you've been planning then it doesn't exactly make it a 1NS.you rather call it a booty call.but mostly important NO EMOTIONZ !!!!

A friend of mine had a one-night stand about 3 years ago, and she fell pregnant, gave birth to not ONE but TWO beautiful babies. Now until 2 years ago she thot these kids belonged to her boyfriend at the time, i.e. not the "one night stand". Until a year ago the "one night stand" traced her to Jozi (dont know why), came to her workplace and saw the pics of the twins as her wallpaper on her PC. having a one nite stand doent make u a slut its merely about enjoying youself at that particular time and place(taking safety precautions obviously), no feelings no phonecalls involved. I believe that if something makes u happy and u wanna do it , then do it, besides if/when things go wrong you've only got yo self to blame. You know life is way too short to waste, do whatever yo heart desires.

one nite stands doesnt make u less human, its just about fulfilling your body needs, and lets all remember that what works for others may not work for me.

I have always tried one night stands but what upsets me is that the guys dont stop following, then it ends up being a 1 yr stand. Like the guy I am with now, we ve been 2geda for 21 months and all i ever wanted for him was just a one night stand but the brother was so attached and I ended up being inlove with him. I can safely say 50 % of my ever lasting relationships started off as me looking for a 1 nite stand. The guy I am now with, we met at a party ( i have knonw him for 5 yrs, and once dated his friend).I made the 1st move and he didnt resist. I wanted 2 go 2 his house shag him and forget about that, but he couldnt let me. He said he wanted 2 know me 1st (blah blah blah), and he made me wait for 3 weeks (cccccan you believe it). I was beginning 2 loose interest coz i cant wait 4 sungthing I dont know. and when we finally did it thats when i started falling inlove with him. One night stand is cool - only when the person you're spending the night with clearly understands that it is just what it is "A one night stand".

I had a lot of these in the past - One day I met a girl at a shopping complex and asked her to come & visit me later. I was just saying all the stuff I said to her to try my luck. I could not believe it when she actually showed up at my place. I didn't know exactly what to say to her as I was not even expecting her.

We had a few drinks and she loosened up. Later when it was time for her to home - she wanted to stay for a little longer. Things got interesting, and then we started to do it. She liked it and seemed to want more, then she spend a night at place. The following day she was still there, and didn't seem like she wanted to go home. Anyway, after breakfast I offered to take her home - she didn't like that idea & we did it again, then I took her home.

She showed up later - I wasn't thrilled to see her, as I was expecting someone else. Anyway she could see I wasn't thrilled, so she just stormed out - I ignored her. The following morning, police showed up saying I raped my girlfriend - they meant her.

Anyway guys, this dragged and dragged for a long time and took a lot of court appearance but eventually I won the case- which is difficult in this country. I never wanted to see a woman upon my eyes ever again after that - especially her. It took me a long time time to find someome I can truly trust and love. So be extremely careful when it comes to one night stands - things may not turn out the way you expected.

It happened to mi this year @ March & i thought its my secrets bt @ least its no longer a secret. We (me & bf) had a big fight so i decided 2 go shopping & this guy came & we chat. If it’s between two consenting adults who definitely are aware of the rules then its okay but when one of the two is unaware that it’s a one night stand and expects more from the relationship and was led into believing there was more then I have issues with that. And mostly guys lead women into believing there is more then he goes bragging that he just had a one night stand then he deserves and a$$ mooring.

It’s about self respect and depends what you as an individual see as self respect. Each to her/his own. We are equal but not the same.
