Survivor Malaysia: Injured Elsie Ousted

Row, row, row your boat,
gently out to sea
Iban was useless at the challenges
And voted off El-sea

Seriously Iban, WTF???

I was hysterical with laughter, watching Irshaad paddle his puny little ass off. I just KNEW something was going to happen when him and Mandla were giving the "we're physically stronger than the rest of them" shpeel. Don't you love it when karma kicks such serious butt!

Iban's Strongest Members
Irshaad Mandla

The episode in general was such a rush for me with everything happening all over the show.

Hein has once again moved up in the ranks. I had wondered how he was going to keep the fire going, but to see what else he's done with it, MAN, he is seriously the best 'survivor" in terms of being able to survive out in the wilderness.

He better watch out for the wild animals thinly disguised as tribe mates though, because although they'd be stupid to let him go now, they'd be even dumber not to realise that he has possibly the strongest chance of winning this thing by popularity alone. (Did you see the smoker??? who needs spices when you have Hein??)

And then, just when Bajau was finally getting their shyte together, along comes a tribe-shuffle.

And the whole game, along with alliances and strategies, just got turned on it's head.

It looked for sure like Rijesh was heading for a fall and over at Iban i was certain that Irshaad had sealed his fate with his pathetic excuse for rowing.

I felt for Elsie re: tribal shuffle. But even if she didn't injure herself I would think that her neck would have been on the chopping block because of her attitude. ESPECIALLY since they were going to TC straight after the challenge. Sure, they had the numbers, but she had such a defeatist attitude, Dick Van Dyke would have jumped at that opportunity to get her off.

And then she screamed and wailed like a banshee when she got injured, did she honestly think she could illicit any sort of sympathy from a team that is already down in the numbers. They don't want injured sissies and it gave Dick the opportunity he's been waiting for and off course, it gave useless Irshaad a break, when he so definitely deserved to go.

OMG - I just need to take a minute out to speak about my most LOVED person on those Islands.
Mark.
Is it my imagination or does he just keep getting more handsome as the show goes on? He has that lazy smile and a twinkle in his eye.
And then he saves Elsie's fingers from being turned into pulp. MAN, a real-life superhero!
(plus did you see him chuckle at Iban's attempt to row that boat)

SO who is  top of my pig list this week?????

I really don't have anyone i am wanting to slap right about now, so Dick can stay where he is!  Lazy Lisa is probably next - and only becuase she's now over at Bajau and has even mre reasons to sit on her lazy ass.

Hein is probably the best for the number one spot because of his awesome fire-making skills and for doing such a kick-ass job with the whole camp.

Who should win?
I still have no CLUE. I hesitate to say HEin because more than once his attitude toward his tribe mates have been more than sucky.

I know I keep saying this, but the show is really top-quality stuff. If that ad thingy in the middle of the challenges can be elliminated, it would be exactly on par with any other Survivor screened. PLUS it's xxxtra special because it's home grown!

So, new teams, new strategies and new alliances... I wonder what's in store for us next week!!!

PSSSSSST: I forgot to check whether they showed who voted for who? i know they did last week... wonder what that whole cryptic "you'll see why soon enough" was all about?

Oh man Ama, last night was hectic indeed. Shame I felt bad for Elsie, none of that defeatist attitude like the last bunch of surivors, huring her fingers sealed her fate, it was the right thing to do for the tribe in general.

How sucky must it be for the old Bajau members, they are physically weaker, are down in numbers and now they have to go back to a crappy island and eat clams off rocks.....
