In the previous weeks the blue team has performed dismally in the challenges, losing three in a row and a weigh-in. This week they resolve to work harder in their training sessions as well as on their interpersonal relationships. Will they be able to overcome their losing streak and regain some confidence?
Meanwhile, the red team follows Jillian on one of their most dangerous workouts to date in preparation for their next challenge. Will they be able to cope with the exhausting uphill climb that awaits them?
The weeks victories and frustrations culminate in the most emotional weigh-in to date.
