Coming up tonight in place of The Biggest Loser 2: the first of three specials that feature a weight-war between two chubby teams each week. Here's the lowdown on each of the three shows:

Italians vs Diner
Broadcast date: 3 December at 8pm

A 'little Italy family' from Bronx, NY competes against a '50s diner family' from Peoria, IL. Since they're both restaurateur families, they've been constantly surrounded by food at work and because of their weight problems, both families' teenage daughters have been teased at school.

Bob and Jillian return to change all that and help both families lose weight and accomplish their dreams. Season One runner-up Gary Deckman also returns for a surprise visit to help motivate them.

Muhans vs. Samuels
Broadcast date: 10 December at 8pm

Caroline Rhea returns, along with trainers Bob and Jillian, to help the Muha and Samuel families lose weight, where one of the families will win $50,000. With the help of their trainers, both families will face their challenge and the family with the highest percentage of weight loss will be declared the winner.

Engaged Couples
Broadcast date: 17 December at 8pm

Two engaged couples - Bruce & Kimmi from Los Angeles vs. Nick & Lael from Hawaii battle it out for an opportunity to win a $50,000 dream wedding. Both couples will get to spend 12 days at the ranch with trainers Bob and Jillian.

After the 12 days are up, both couples will weigh-in once more for a chance to win a honeymoon vacation. Once they return after being sent back home to apply what they've learned, they'll weigh-in for the final time to determine which couple will be The Biggest Losers and winners of the $50,000 dream wedding.

jabi you can say that again,one of my relative she is damn F** obese,everything in the house is falling apart,bed,sofas, her family.

i want to give her a surprise(Biggest looser)maybe this time of the year shis 480lb.

i feel shame for her,every year i ask her what is her resolution......hm,she bush i mean bush.

she want to get a Job..............who is going to risk n employ a person who cant touch her own feet........

her husband his there because he must be there,mole gona ke kgapelotso,the first thing in the morning she fry chips...lord has mercy.....she doesnt mind mind to tell you she like chips which are bigger than her finger.pls dont LOL

so ke mathata fela mole,i feel shame for,i cry for his husband,guess what she like to make funny about her body,

ohh jesus,Japanes wrestling,shis funny,she doesnt see any problem,she like to say .....dont f*** with me iwlll lay on top of you the time you say helllllo....you already pan cake.

I agree with you, this has been said alot that people use food as their drug of choice why do you think your cousin eats so much???

@Porch, some ppl expert so much from men,this thing of her its being there for long time

she doesnt want to work=lazy=eat n eat,some ppl they dont care about the next day,aslong you provide for them life goes on for them.

month end they expert money from hubby for food=they are happy=they dont see life like other ppl.

all of us we like food but you must limit your weight,lack of sex life +- problem.

shis 39 no kids,form the on set ,if you have a problem like this,the first thing comes to you weight..............................she doesnt care.

she knows the hubby is a cheater,shis ok aslong she have food in the house.

she eat like this bcs she stressed.........she want to be 16 for the rest of her life,she want to party,she used to it.

what makes me angry,she doesnt care about the hubby or her health,how can men make love to LBS like this,is not fair at all.
