welcome to the 1st Coals of Mzansi awards, the purpose of these awards is to celebrate bad tv  programmes, it takes a special breed of idiots people to create a really bad programme so let's give them a round of applause.
And The winners are...............

I agree with most of teh things said... But me I'ld be more comfortable pointing out the good stuff, there's a lot of whack shows and actors and presenters its easier to just point out the few promising ones.

BS...not all SA sitcoms are coal yho, ok this might go back a while ago...The very 1st season of City Sesla was cool...but the writers ran out of ideas in the second - it was too dofff...And Nomzamo, it was a cool show - untill they change the main characters, who does that seriously now.

@Aqui, nice topic homz, but what I find very funny is that you remember PJ Powers song, amalahle amalahle, wesicela amalahle,  i thought amalahle was used to symbolize HOTNESS, now u teaching me sungthing new.
@TDC,  i am with u broer, i wont miss zone 14 for anything, i usually even stay for de reapeats, yep dats how much i love it.

Was supposed to do it oday Foxy...(Do 2 weeks episodes recap) will have it next week. Its funny because people say they hate it but its the most watched drama in SA...the same sh*t happens with soapies as generations is most watched.

Coals...mmmhhh I donno...coals have a potential of gettin HOT...and they are ussally part of an exciting event (braai/party etc)  and they represent power..i.e FIRE   so I think y'all are complementing these shows and actors...LOL   just a thought.......(I'm not an SABC/ETV agent...)

People Zone 14 is HOT 4 us and the likes of TDC, Monchy, Andi, Foxy  the list goes on and on. It is full of everything that Generations lack I always compare it to Gen every Monday and I c what Gen is lacking. U want drug story u find, soccer u get, romance, cheating, family standing together and not caring 4 each other, it embraces true african culture. I was not even aware it is trouble for a deaf person to be a soccer player.....................

I DEFINATETLY AGREE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THESE SHOWS ARE ON AIR. WHATS SAD IS THAT THEY ARE GOING NO WHERE, SINCE WE STILL HAVE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE  WATCHING THEM, AS LONG AS SABC IS GETTING GOOD AR'S, THEY WILL KEEP GIVING US CHEEP QUALITY SHOWS.
