A simple Question

I find the broadcasters closed mouthed and closed lipped, it seems  to me that they are not willing to let young talent in. Take for example the one in Randburg, if you tried to pitch a idea to them and  have  no expirence (Which I might add about 20 years of  it) the door is shut.

Most of the  people I have personally dealt with should be shown the pastures or have no clue  on what could work.  The channel in it's almighty wisdom hired them on from a agency and they know something?

I would like you feedback?

Keep knocking sisi, never give up especially if you know and believe in the success of your idea. Would it not be easier to approach production houses instead of the stations?
