Episode 4971
Jackie argues with Stephanie about Eric finding out about her past career as a prostitute. Jackie is overwhelmed and attempts to leave Forrester only to be bombarded by press. She runs into Ridge who taunts her about her past, telling her that she is the reason Nick and her will lose Forrester Creations.
Captain Kramer finds Jackie and asks for her forgiveness. Jackie asks him to leave.
George informs Ridge who then tells Nick that the Marone Industries Board has called an emergency meeting to discuss Jackie and the possible sale of Forrester Creations.
An angry Taylor tells Stephanie that she is no longer her friend and confronts Thorne about his involvement. Taylor leaves and finds Nick to tell him she is sorry and she will make it up to him.
Thorne is worried Taylor won’t forgive him. Stephanie comforts him.

Episode 4972
A furious Eric discovers what Stephanie and Ridge did to Jackie at the fashion show. As reporters bombard the Forrester house, Ridge realizes their plot against Jackie might have backfired - it makes the Forresters look bad that they humiliated Jackie.
As Brooke and Ridge continue to be bombarded by reporters, Thorne debates coming to their aide. He doesn’t want to upset Taylor, but in the end he stands by their side. Taylor is shocked and angered to see Thorne on television breaking his promise not to use Jackie’s past against the Marones’ again.
George urges Nick to sell Forrester Creations to save Marone Industries but Nick refuses. George then tells Nick that the Marone board has decided that Nick will no longer be the CEO of Marone Industries.
Ridge receives a call from George informing him of that Nick has been fired as CEO and wants to have a meeting to discuss selling Forrester Creations back to the Forresters. The Forrester family rejoices. Eric begins to forgive Ridge.

Episode 4973
Nick is angry and upset about his loss of Marone Industries. Eric understands that his family hurt Jackie and Nick to get back the company for him. He thanks Ridge for the result of his actions but he still doesn’t approve of them.
George arrives to tell the Forrester’s (Stephanie is not there so she does not find out yet) that Nick sold his stock in Marone Industries and then bought Forrester Creations from Marone. They are shocked to find that Nick is now the sole owner of Forrester Creations.
Taylor resents the Forrester’s for not waiting for her to help Nick. She admits to Brooke that marrying Thorne is no longer the most important thing to her. She was surprised by his role in humiliating Jackie.
Brooke thinks Taylor is getting too close to Nick but Taylor insists there are no feelings there.
Hope tells Alexandria that Taylor killed Darla.

Episode 4974
Jackie is worried that Eric will no longer respect her, but he insists that everyone makes mistakes and he understands.
Stephanie arrives to gloat about getting Forrester Creations back, but Eric informs her that because of her actions they don’t own Forrester and never will. Eric is angry and throws her out, much to Jackie’s delight. Eric apologizes for Stephanie and Jackie kisses him.
When she arrives home, Stephanie asks Pam to keep Jackie away from Eric while she’s away visiting their mother in Chicago. Alexandria becomes angry with Hope and insists Thorne wouldn’t marry Taylor if she killed Darla.
When the girls go inside Taylor and Brooke think they have had a fight. Taylor tries to help Aly resolve it, but she refuses to talk. Thorne arrives and apologizes to Taylor and they decide to still get married.
After they leave, Hope admits to Brooke that she told Aly that Taylor killed Darla. Brooke tries to call Taylor to warn her but they are in the middle of talking to Aly about her fight with Hope and Taylor ignores her.
Aly finally tells Taylor and Thorne what Hope told her and begs Taylor to tell her she didn’t kill Darla.

Episode 4975
Jackie thinks Nick has feelings for Taylor and wants him to stop her marriage to Thorne. Stephanie doesn’t want to go visit her mother when there is tension between her and Eric. Eric is ashamed of her and wants her to go.
Stephanie promises Eric that things will be different when she returns. She reminds Pam to keep Jackie away. On her way out of town, Stephanie tells Jackie she is having her watched and to keep her hands off Eric. Jackie goes over to see Eric but Pam refuses to let her see him.
Taylor explains the night of the accident to Alexandria. Aly asks Thorne how he can love and marry the person that killed Darla. Aly tells Thorne she wants to go home and they leave to stay at the beach house again instead of Taylor’s house.
Nick goes to visit Taylor and she tells him that Aly found out she killed Darla. Taylor knows that no one can fix what she did to Darla but herself. With new resolve she heads off to Thorne’s house to talk to Aly.
At bedtime, Thorne checks on Aly and finds that she has run away. Thorne calls 911 and panics when he finds out Taylor is on her way over and Aly may have made her way to the foggy Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).
Thorne finds Aly on the PCH just as Taylor’s car is approaching. Taylor slams on her breaks …

Episode 4976
Taylor slams on her breaks and just misses hitting Alexandria. Later, as she is comforted by Taylor and Thorne Aly flares in rage asking how Thorne can marry Taylor.
He tries to explain to her it was an accident. Taylor suggests not getting married but Thorne refuses that idea.
Brooke arrives at Taylor’s house to find Nick waiting for Taylor. Brooke is shocked to receive divorce papers from Nick but they eventually gain closure on their relationship.
Brooke is suspicious of Nick’s feelings for Taylor. Bridget tells Eric that Shane has been staying with her. They discuss Bridget’s feelings for Nick and she admits she feels that they would still be married if Nicole hadn’t died

Episode 4977
Shane visits Ridge and tries to convince him that he is good for Phoebe. Taylor is annoyed at Brooke’s accusations that she is forming a relationship with Nick. Brooke tells Nick that Bridget is still in love with him.
Brooke leaves and Taylor and Nick discuss Taylor’s relationship with Thorne and Aly. Taylor and Nick kiss passionately until Taylor breaks away proclaiming her commitment to Thorne.
Brooke arrives home and shares her concern about Nick and Taylor with Ridge, but he has trouble believing her. Ridge tells Brooke that he is angry that Phoebe has been seeing Shane.
Eric suggests that Bridget talk to Taylor about her feelings for Nick. Bridget ends up calling Nick and tells him she wants to see him.

Episode 4978
Ridge confronts Taylor about her relationship with Nick. Pamela, Eric and Felicia discuss Thorne and Taylor’s wedding and whether or not Aly will be able to forgive Taylor.
Felicia and the family try to convince Aly that what Taylor did was a mistake and that she should forgive her. Taylor and Thorne tell Aly they can wait as long as she needs to get married. Aly knows that everyone is upset so she tells them to go ahead with the wedding.
Later, she takes pictures of Taylor and Thorne and colours over Taylor’s face in all of them.
Bridget visits Nick and Jackie at work. Nick tells Bridget that Taylor’s therapy has helped him move on with his life and he and Brooke have signed their divorce papers. Jackie is surprised to learn this. They all think that Taylor is marrying Thorne for the wrong reasons.
After Bridget leaves, Jackie asks Nick to stop the wedding. Nick refuses saying he’s leaving it up to fate.

Episode 4979
Stephanie will not be able to make it to the wedding because of bad weather in Chicago.
Phoebe admits to Aly that she lied about Darla’s death and asks for Aly’s forgiveness. Aly forgives Phoebe.
Later, Aly asks Bridget how long she was sad after Nicole died.
Ridge and Thorne discuss the unveiling of Forrester Originals.
Pam finds the pictures of Thorne and Taylor that Aly colored on. She and Eric decide not to say anything until after the wedding.
As Taylor gets ready for the wedding Brooke again questions Taylor’s feelings for Nick.
Later, Taylor finds that Aly has cut her wedding dress to shreds. Aly apologizes for ruining the dress but Thorne and Taylor decide they need to postpone the wedding.
Donna, Clarke, Storm and Nick discuss the unveiling of the Forrester’s new company. They all decide to stick together to make Forrester Creations a success, no matter what the Forrester’s decide to do.
Nick takes a wedding present over to Taylor and is surprised to find her at home. She tells him the wedding is off. As she cries, he comforts her.

Brooke offers Donna a job at Forrester Originals, but Donna declares her loyalty to Nick and Forrester Creations.
Eric’s attorney warns him that using the Forrester name could possibly bring a lawsuit but he doesn’t care. Everyone gathers for the exciting press release and debut of Forrester Originals.
Nick and his staff watch from a TV in his office.
Eric and Ridge assure their loyal patrons they will still receive the wonderful craftsmanship they have always received from the Forrester family. They introduce Brooke in a new Forrester Original gown. Ridge ends up proposing to Brooke on the runway and she accepts.
Nick is angered by their use of the Forrester name and by Ridge using a publicity stunt to propose to Brooke.
Storm thinks they should sue the Forrester’s for using it, but Nick plans to beat them by buying out all of their high-end distributors.

Episode 4981
The Forrester’s are excited about their successful press conference. However, they have invested all of their money in the new company and know they must be cautious with their spending. Eric is confident that Nick can never compete with Forrester Originals.
Nick tells Jackie his plan to buy out all of the fashion distribution companies to bring down the new Forrester Originals. Lauren Fenmore visits Nick and Jackie is upset that Nick didn’t talk to her about selling Fenmore’s but Nick thinks she’ll never sell and remain loyal to the Forresters.
Taylor arrives and warns Nick that the Forrester’s are planning to crush him in the fashion business. Nick assures Taylor that although the battle may be long, he will prevail.
Ridge and Thorne debate if Nick will be a threat to Thorne’s marriage with Taylor. Ridge thinks Nick might try to get them back on a personal level and that Thorne should be more worried about Nick.

Arthur Harrison arrives for his meeting with Brooke and Ridge. They inform him of their engagement and he agrees to carry Forrester Originals new fashion line.
Brooke and Ridge celebrate the deal. Brooke tells Ridge she doesn’t want their feud with Nick to get ugly.
Nick wants to get to know Taylor better and invites her to lunch at Chuck’s. While they are eating Nick gets a phone call from Arthur and must go meet him right away.
They depart and Taylor accidentally leaves her sunglasses behind.
Arthur is shocked when Nick offers to buy his company. Phoebe demands to know of Taylor what is going on between her and Nick.

Nick offers to buy all of Arthur’s boutiques. Arthur needs time to think about it. Nick has Storm draw up the necessary documents.
Pamela tries to convince Eric to call Stephanie as Jackie sneaks upstairs. Jackie undresses, slips into the master bath with some champagne and waits for Eric to enter. When he does, Jackie attempts to seduce him but he remains loyal to Stephanie. He is called away to work and Jackie tells him she’ll wait for his return.
Pamela finds Jackie in the bathtub, tells her she needs to respect Eric and Stephanie’s marriage and packs up her things.
Thorne asks Bridget if she’s heard anything about Taylor falling for Nick. Bridget decides to find out for herself and heads over to Taylor’s house. Phoebe asks Taylor if there is anything going on between her and Nick and Taylor tells her they are just friends.
Nick arrives to give Taylor the sunglasses that she left at Chuck’s. As he reaches into his briefcase she notices a picture of her with Thorne and Alexandria. Nick tells her it was going to be her wedding present.
Taylor realizes this picture was Nick’s way of showing support for her no matter what path she chooses. They embrace and Bridget walks in to see it. She is shocked and scolds Taylor for hurting Thorne.

Bridget tells Taylor she doesn’t deserve Thorne and accuses Nick of only being interested in Taylor for revenge. Nick denies the relationship but Bridget tells them any feelings they may have must end now for the sake of Aly and Thorne.
Nick and Taylor know Bridget is right and after Bridget leaves, they agree not to have a relationship even though they do have feelings for each other.
As Pamela escorts Jackie out of the house Eric stops her and tells her that Jackie is a friend. Jackie moves in to kiss Eric but Pam stops her. Jackie leaves and Pam apologizes for her behavior. Eric insists that Jackie is harmless and thanks Pam for her support during her visit with him.
Nick arrives home and Jackie tells him what happened at Eric’s. Jackie thinks things didn’t work out between Taylor and Nick because he is still in love with Brooke. Nick doesn’t think he will have another chance with Brooke.
Rick arrives home no longer working with Forrester Creations International and blames Ridge and Stephanie for losing the business. Bridget arrives home and greets Rick. Rick reveals his skepticism toward Brooke’s relationship with Ridge.

Ridge tells Brooke he overheard Rick talking to her last night about their relationship and knows he is skeptical. He promises Brooke he will prove himself to Rick.
Phoebe has a dress fitting for an upcoming fashion show. The family gathers for a meeting with Eric. He reminds them that Nick will stop at nothing to destroy them and announces they will debut their designs in two weeks.
Ridge wishes the Brooke and Nick’s divorce was final so they could get married.
Nick tells Jackie that he has spoken with all of the distributors of Forrester Originals and made offers to buy all of them. Jackie is hesitant about such a risky venture and is afraid they are spending too much money. Nick is sure that destroying Forrester Originals will bring Brooke back to him.
Rick visits Nick and tells him that he is sorry to hear that his marriage to Brooke ended.
Storm tells Donna he is unsure about Nick’s move to buy out all of the distributors.
Donna fantasizes about being with Nick. Donna breaks the news of the Forrester Originals fashion preview in two weeks to Nick and Jackie.

Storm and Jackie share their concern about the money Nick is spending to buy all of the distributors. Mr. Chen arrives and Nick offers to buy his company. Chen agrees to sell his company to Nick even though he feels guilty about betraying Eric.
Brooke and Ridge are suspicious of how quiet Forrester Creations has been. Brooke tells Phoebe that when the time is right she wants her to take over as spokesperson for Forrester Originals.
Brooke arrives at Forrester Creations to talk to Nick but becomes suspicious when Jackie refuses to let her see him and doesn’t tell her why. Jackie tries to tell Brooke that her true happiness lies with Nick.
Nick enters triumphant after his meeting with Chen and Brooke wonders what plan he has up his sleeve.
Nick tells Storm about his plan to buy out all of the Forrester Originals distributors.
Rick admits to Ridge that he blames him for the public relations mess that Forrester Creations is in. He also blames him for Brooke’s failed marriage to Nick. He warns Ridge not to underestimate Nick.
Nick and Phoebe talk about the sale of Forrester Creations and bond over their feeling of loss.

Nick and Brooke discuss the reasons behind their failed marriage. Nick wonders how Brooke got over him so quickly.
Rick tells Phoebe he’s bothered that Brooke and Ridge are marrying again, but Phoebe tries to defend Brooke and Ridge’s decision to reunite. After some playful flirtation, Rick and Phoebe realize they are not related to each other.
Eric and Pam get to know each other while playing a word game. Eric convinces Pam to stay for Brooke and Ridge’s engagement party. Pam has a fantasy about Eric kissing her.

Episode 4988
Ridge asks Phoebe for help in winning Rick over before a family dinner. Ridge, Brooke and Phoebe are shocked to see Rick’s disheveled state. There is tension between Ridge and Rick when work is brought up. Ridge wants to know about Nick’s visit earlier and Brooke downplays it.
Rick wants to know why Brooke and Nick ended their marriage, but Brooke and Ridge keep quiet.
Later, Rick teaches Phoebe the constellations as they lay and gaze at the stars. Brooke catches a glimpse of Rick and Phoebe laughing and is glad to see Rick happy.
Stephanie arrives home early and asks Eric if he’s happy to see her. Stephanie thinks that Pam will feel out of place at the engagement. She inquires about Jackie, and Pam tells her that Eric wasn’t interested in her.
Eric tells Stephanie he needs more from her to make their marriage work. He tells Stephanie to make some changes, including ending the war with Jackie. They agree to start over.

Rick reveals his singing talent to Brooke. Brooke tries to reason with him about his feelings towards Ridge telling him that she is happy with him. She asks him to sing at their engagement party but he declines.
Pam helps the Forrester’s put the final touches on their new office. Stephanie marvels at what they have accomplished while she’s been gone. Eric shows the family the designs he’s been working on.
He and Pam discuss the engagement party and Eric tells her he’s designed a dress for her to wear to the event.
Ridge tells Stephanie about his fears towards Rick and Phoebe’s relationship.
As Stephanie surveys the new Forrester Originals showroom, Nick arrives. They argue about whose company will prevail in the end.
During a fitting Ridge and Phoebe discuss Rick. Ridge is bothered by the way Phoebe has befriended him and is defending him.
Later, Ridge voices his distaste for the budding relationship between Phoebe and Rick to Brooke. Rick arrives and Ridge tells him that if he can’t accept his relationship with Brooke he should stay away from Phoebe.
Nick and Jackie discuss distribution strategy and agree they must secure the European market.
Thorne explains to Taylor that Aly still isn’t able to forgive her for killing Darla. He believes he can help her but he needs to do it alone. They agree that for Aly’s benefit they must end their relationship and share a final kiss and a goodbye.

Taylor tells Phoebe and Ridge that her relationship with Thorne has ended. As Rick gets ready for Brooke and Ridge’s engagement party Brooke stops by to encourage him once again to sing for them and tells him to sing with Phoebe if he is too nervous. Ridge tells Brooke that Thorne and Taylor have split up.
Ridge assures Brooke that he will not let Rick spoil their evening. Brooke sees Phoebe and Rick talking and laughing and is pleased that they make each other happy. She doesn’t see anything wrong with their relationship.
The party begins and the family compliments Pam on how wonderful she looks in Eric’s design. Stephanie thanks her for taking such good care of the family while she was away.
Eric and Pam share a dance and Phoebe and Rick sing “Unforgettable” for Brooke and Ridge. The chemistry between the two of them is undeniable.
After they share a moment on the terrace Ridge tells Rick if he crosses the line with Phoebe he’ll kill him.
Taylor tells Nick about her break up with Thorne. Nick cheers Taylor up and tells her he will take her to Chuck’s for some wings.

Bridget and Phoebe bond as Phoebe tries on clothes. It is obvious that Phoebe is enamored with Rick as she asks Bridget for information about him and talks about how amazing he is but Bridget tells Phoebe that Rick is a ladies’ man.
Meanwhile, Rick tells Stephanie that he’ll support his mother but he doesn’t support Ridge. After Rick leaves, Stephanie recalls Nick’s conversation with her and realizes that Nick may indeed be up to something.
Nick and Jackie try to persuade Yvette to sell her company.

Yvette tries to avoid Stephanie’s questions when asked whether they will carry Forrester Creations line or Forrester Originals line, which causes Stephanie to tell Ridge that she feels suspicious about Yvette meeting with Nick and Jackie.
Phoebe is upset with Rick and tells him that she’s not a toy to play with; she’s hurt by knowing he’s a ladies’ man.
Later, Phoebe asks Stephanie how she had found her Prince Charming while Stephanie makes sure that Phoebe knows that Nick is the real enemy, not her and Ridge.
Meanwhile, Rick tells Brooke that Ridge threatened his life if he crosses the line with Phoebe but Brooke still encourages Rick to spend time with Phoebe.
Rick then later tells Nick that Ridge threatened him and Nick reassures Rick that he is in his corner.
Brooke confronts Ridge about threatening Rick as they discuss Rick and Phoebe’s relationship. Brooke feels that they should spend time with each other but Ridge disagrees.
To his dismay, Brooke insists that they will be understanding, welcoming, and encouraging of Rick and Phoebe’s relationship.
