Behind The Scenes With Ashanti

Ashanti is most famous for her eponymous Grammy Award-winning debut album Ashanti that featured the hit song Foolish, and sold over 503,000 copies in its first week of release in the U.S. in April 2002. Since then Ashanti has risen to superstardom.

This week Live goes behind-the-scenes with Ashanti on her latest single ‘The Way That I Love You.

Zola On Kwaito

The show also catches up with Zola to get his opinion on general consensus in the industry music that kwaito is dead. Zola defends kwaito with strong words on how the industry was born from kwaito and is still owned by kwaito. Zola also mentions the possibility of launching his new kwaito album.

Renegade what's your problem with Ashanti?But I agree with you that video is hectic. I like Kwaito and Brown Dash performance was ok in a way,wen he started the song I kept on expecting him to say "tshisa,heeee,yha TS For Life" but he didn't.

The stylist on Live should be fired why does she/he making that boy look stupid with hiddeous clothes. That Purple shirt and black vaselina jacket was not on? on top of it they give him vaselina shoes and the camera keeps zooming on them with the oversized jeans! haikhona.

Brown Dash is plain ugly, money or no money akagezeki, those crooked up teeth. he needs an extreme makeover asap.

Nonny gal i've been trying to drop u sumthing on ur GB but to me it seems like TVSA 's shedding is not over yet coz it keeps saying server sumthing failed so lala ngenxeba ke sisi. Neway have a fab month and dnt let anything past u. @ Touch yes Toxic i heard him saying that too and i was like is it my ears or what? I thought that he'll get better but he seems like loosing it right now and i think he'll never catch it.

I absolutely agree with your comments. Touch is definately no Andile. He does not have the face for TV, doesnt come across as friendly, bubbly or well...LIVE. Bonang yena, she is definately TV material, and is doing a good job, but umsindo wakhe uyang'khathaza. Pipe down, "Golden B."And those Thembi impersonations are really annoying.

Zolx, u know how fo sho loves "recycling" things, it used to be movies, now it's presenters, i wont be surprised if they called some of the 90's presenters..., the lyks of Brian Ndevu, Vusi Twala, thembi mbengashe, just to name a few., they can recycle ol they want, but they must not dare bring bek that whinese (white+chinese) gal, cant even remember her name, but she was the loudest person around.

I dont miss FO Sho's presenters on my screen. They must just keep that up - voice overs are alright. etv's & SABC2 have been doing it for yonks and i think it works. But then in terms of the employment rate -shame, we need to up the numbers of employed people and maybe they (SABC1 &3) see this as empowerment peeps.

No he was alone i think he is Greek (looks like my boss- i work for the Greeks) and the surname is also Greekish.The wife is not all that.Carino if that man can knock you up, imagine the child? wont even care if he runs away after the conception but his good genes in your womb LOL!.
