My first thoughts on both Charlise and drew barrymore is why do they need to make such a spectacle of what they're giving to charity. I understand that on one hand it puts the spotlight on the cause so that others donate too but on another why's it always got to be about how much they're giving?

It's crazy stuff that raises so many questions like - is it using (and ultimately abusing) people's hardships for self-advertising?

wonder who won the big give, only watched until Nate Berkus's segment and that woman was booted out first yepped too much and i lost interest and switched the telly off.
