Flash Gordon is a science-fiction adventure series about a ruggedly handsome med student - Steve “Flash” Gordon - who lives in the shadow of his father, a secretive physics genius, in the heart of his mother, Norah and in the bittersweet memories of his ex-girlfriend, Dale Arden, a reporter for the local news station.

Dr. Gordon works with his equally brilliant partner, Dr. Hans Zarkoff, who is embroiled in a covert venture that’s out of this world. When Dr. Gordon falls victim to his own dimension-shifting Matrix Oscillating Neutrino Gate Observation project, his tragic death raises suspicions in Flash. Will he reveal the truth?

His forehead's way too huge to play Flash don't you think?

Both shows did not get passed season 1, but Journeyman is brilliant, in fact one of the best series of last season, and it does actually have an ending. It gets better with each episode.
Flash was a misfire though, even an admission from the head of SciFi USA.

Yeah I've also caught it and it is. It took some time to get into it - about two three episodes - but as you say it gets better each episode so once I was into it it was a rip.

Haven't seen any of Flash Gordon and verry wary of it.
