Monday, 1 September 2008 Episode 8746Maggie introduces herself to Jeff and mentions the Jabot case. Nick brings Summer to visit Phyllis in jail. At Adrian and Colleen's apartment, Heather finds a figurine that belonged to her dead roommate, Macey. Adrian claims the figurine was given to him by Macey's parents.
Kevin tells Jana that he's setting up a website with a petition to set her free. Jeff admits to Gloria that he and William were estranged because they both loved William's wife, Miranda.
In jail, Jana makes a photo frame for Phyllis' picture of Summer. Annoyed with Jana, Phyllis flips and demands she leave her alone. Lauren throws a birthday party for Nick with Fen and Summer. Michael, Nick and Lauren await the results of Phyllis' appeal.
Tuesday, 2 September 2008 Episode 8747Michael tells Phyllis that the court has denied her appeal. Nick and Jack criticize Michael for losing Phyllis' appeal. Nick asks Victor if he'll use his influence to get Phyllis out of jail. Paul and Maggie invite Heather to lunch.
Jack is shocked to find Phyllis meeting with the same prison chaplain who counseled his father in prison. David visits Jana in jail and talks to her about Carmen. Heather tells Paul that her biological dad left her and her stepfather was abusive.
Michael and Jack discuss a plan to get Phyllis out of jail on a work release program. Heather tells Adrian that she spoke to Macey's parents and they denied giving him the figurine. Adrian changes his story and tells Heather that Macey gave him the figurine.
Wednesday, 3 September 2008 Episode 8748Jack tells Daniel that Phyllis' appeal has been denied. Nick, Jack and Sharon debate whether to hold Cassie's benefit at Clear Springs. Cane asks Heather to dinner. Heather and Cane challenge Amber and Daniel to a game of basketball.
Jana sadly tells Phyllis that she will probably spend the rest of her life in jail. Jack and Sharon are ecstatic to learn the ethics committee will not pursue their investigation.
Desperate to record an album, Amber retrieves the stolen money. Amber is upset to see Cane and Heather kiss. Maggie questions Jack about how his dog's hair was found on Ji Min's body.
Thursday, 4 September 2008 Episode 8749Jack worries that being the lead suspect in Ji Min's murder will ruin his credibility. Maggie tells Jill that Jack's dog's hair was found on Ji Min's body. Michael is appalled when Gloria accepts a date with Jeff.
Phyllis tells the prison chaplain she plans to apply for work release. Jill confronts Jack about the evidence against him in Ji Min's murder. Phyllis is surprised when Michael reveals his suspicion that Jack changed John's will to exclude Gloria.
At dinner, Gloria and Jeff discuss William's and John's wills. Jeff flirts with Jill at the GCAC bar. Jack talks to John's ghost and vows to find Ji Min's killer.
Friday, 5 September 2008 Episode 8750Lily is upset when an IM reminds her of her marriage to Daniel. Amber tells Daniel that she has written a song about Cane. Amber desperately tries to find a way to record her album.
Victor gives Victoria a baby-naming book and she reveals that she is having a boy. J.T. tells Cane that someone is getting kickbacks from selling cheap cement at Clear Springs. Lily is crushed to learn that Cane kissed Heather.
Nick asks Daniel to babysit Summer for a few days while he goes to Clear Springs. J.T. confronts the contractor, Joe Boddington, about the faulty cement. Victor asks Nick to help him build a cradle for Victoria's baby.

Monday, 8 September 2008 Episode 8751Phyllis is excited to learn she has been granted a work release. Michael warns Phyllis not to break the rules of her work release. Nick tells Neil that he plans to step back into his position of co-CEO.
Katherine encourages Nikki to try to work things out with Victor. J.T. tries to get Joe to admit he is using substandard concrete at Clear Springs. Nick is thrilled when Phyllis tells him about her work release. Lauren leaves to check out the new Fenmore's store at Clear Springs.
Victor decides that Nick, Neil and Victoria will each head a division at Newman Enterprises. Nikki seethes as Victor tells her that he's calling in her loans. Joe offers J.T. a 25 percent raise.
Tuesday, 9 September 2008 Episode 8752Nick learns that Jack is a suspect in Ji Min's murder case and is upset that Noah lives with him. At Clear Springs, Nikki tells Katherine that Victor is calling in her loan, so there is no hope for their relationship. Kay offers to give Nikki an extension on her loan payments. Victor becomes angry when Kay questions him about pulling Nikki's loan.
Daniel brings Summer to prison to visit Phyllis. In Clear Springs, Paul offers to take Noah fishing while Nick and Sharon check out the casino for the Cassie's Challenge benefit. Nick and Victoria are outraged when Nikki tells them Victor has pulled her loan. Amber drives up to Clear Springs to give Lauren the sketches she left in Genoa City.
J.T. inspects the parking structure and finds a crack in the cement. Maggie is stunned to learn that Paul was married to Lauren. Lauren, Noah, Maggie and Paul decide to go fishing together. Nikki and David hear a crashing sound.
Wednesday, 10 September 2008 Episode 8753Jack, Sharon and Nick are trapped together in the collapsed parking garage at Clear Springs. Jack and Nick make a splint for Sharon's broken leg. Jack warns that there are methane deposits beneath the garage. Nikki calls Victor, concerned Nick is trapped in the garage collapse.
In prison, Phyllis tries desperately to get news of Nick. Jack and Nick draw straws to see who will escape from the garage with Sharon, and who will hold up a beam for the others to get out. Jack draws the short straw and holds up a beam for Nick and Sharon to escape.
Concerned about the collapse, Neil and Brad decide to drive to Clear Springs. Rescue workers pull Nick and Sharon out of the collapsed parking garage. Nikki, Victor and David are relieved, until they learn that Paul, Lauren, Maggie and Noah are also trapped.
Thursday, 11 September 2008 Episode 8754Phyllis is relieved to learn Nick has been rescued, but is upset that Jack remains trapped. Lauren calls Michael to tell him she's trapped in the collapsed garage.
Paul, Maggie, Lauren and an injured Noah are trapped together in the parking garage. Maggie and Paul try to calm Lauren as she has a panic attack. Nick sneaks into the collapsed garage to look for Noah, but is sent back by a rescue worker. A rescue worker finds Paul, Maggie, Lauren and Noah. Paul, Maggie, Lauren and Noah are taken to safety at the surface, to the joy of Michael, Nick, Sharon, Victor and Nikki.
Nick calls Phyllis and informs her that Noah is safe, but Jack is still missing. Katherine is alone, trapped in the rubble. In the garage, Jack scribbles a note to his friends and family.
Friday, 12 September 2008 Episode 8755Jack continues to try to dig out of the garage. Amber is unconscious in her crushed car. Amber comes to and realises that her doors are stuck, so she breaks a window and crawls out. Jill rushes to the scene, desperate for news of Cane and Katherine.
In the rubble, Kay tells Cane and J.T. that she hurt her shoulder and can't continue on. Cane and J.T. climb up an elevator shaft to escape and promise to return for Kay. Kay is relieved to see Amber crawling through the rubble. Amber and Kay bond as they are trapped together. Cane and J.T. make it to the surface and tell rescue workers that Kay still trapped.
J.T. worries about Victoria, as no one has heard from her. Cane defies Jill and heads back into the garage to help rescue Kay. Rescue workers and Cane find Kay and are surprised to see Amber. Victoria fumbles around to find a light, and turns it on in the parking structure. As more debris falls around him, Jack writes Sharon a letter.

Monday, 15 September 2008Episode 8756At the hospital, a doctor tells Nick and Sharon that Noah cracked some ribs and ruptured his spleen. Worried about Jack and Adrian, Colleen meets Kevin in Clear Springs. Nikki becomes hysterical when a rescue worker finds Victoria's purse in the rubble.
Rescue workers find Joe's dead body in the rubble. Adrian and Victoria discover they are trapped together in the garage. Noah's doctor tells Nick and Sharon that Noah's spleen was badly damaged. Nikki is thrilled as rescue workers locate Victoria and Adrian with a search-and-rescue camera.
A huge methane explosion rocks the Clear Springs garage. Brad's eyes are injured in the explosion and he is unable to see. Adrian is in pain from the piece of rebar lodged in his thigh. Adrian and Victoria see a new opening and try to crawl through it.
Victor rushes into the rubble to search for Victoria, but instead finds Jack and drags him to the surface. As Adrian and Victoria walk out of the garage, a piece of rubble hits Victoria on the head and knocks her unconscious.
Tuesday, 16 September 2008 Episode 8757At the explosion site, Colleen is frightened to see Adrian with a piece of shrapnel lodged in his leg. Paramedics try to stabilize Victoria, who is unconscious. Gloria and Michael bring Fen to see an emotional Lauren.
At the hospital, Nick hugs Jack and thanks him for saving his and Sharon's life. Nikki tells Victor that she blames him for Victoria's injuries because he rescued Jack instead of looking for Victoria. Paul and Maggie recount the events of the day and make love.
Jack thanks Victor for saving him. J.T. is frustrated that he can't visit Victoria since he's not yet a member of her family. Brad is angry that the doctors won't let him see Victoria. A doctor tells the Newmans that while Victoria's vitals have stabilized, they don't know why she remains unconscious.
When David arrives at the hospital, Nikki collapses into his arms, crying. J.T. listens to the CD that he brought for Victoria, overcome with sadness and worry.
Wednesday, 17 September 2008 Episode 8758Cane worries that the parking garage collapse was his fault. Jana gives Phyllis a gift to give to Kevin when she leaves for work release. Victor speaks to a specialist about Victoria's condition. Phyllis promises the warden she will follow the rules of her work release. Nick talks to Victoria, hoping that she'll make some kind of movement.
At the hospital, Noah has a hard time remembering past events. Jack hugs Phyllis as she arrives for her work release. Noah is upset to hear that Phyllis is unable to visit him in the hospital. Lily comforts Cane as he worries about taking the blame for Clear Springs.
Phyllis is surprised when Kevin offers to help her catch up on work. Lauren has a panic attack as she remembers being trapped in the parking garage. In Victoria's hospital room, Victor, Nikki and J.T. listen to the baby's heartbeat.
Thursday, 18 September 2008 Episode 8759Nick reveals to Phyllis that Jack is a prime suspect in the Ji Min murder case. The doctor tells Nikki and J.T. that as long as Victoria remains stable, the baby will continue to develop. Amber pays a visit to the Chancellor Estate to check on Katherine.
Jill and Cane are shocked to find Amber at the Chancellor Estate. Kay apologizes to Jill for her actions regarding Ji Min. Jill watches in disgust as Jack receives applause for being a hero. Phyllis finds the note Jack wrote while trapped in the collapse. Victoria does not respond when a nurse administers a pain test.
Brad meets with Logan to ask if she can give him any information on Victoria. Victor confronts J.T., demanding to know if he knew about construction problems at Clear Springs. Victor confronts David, who swears he had nothing to do with the kickback scheme. Victor lashes out at Katherine for not closing the construction site.
Friday, 19 September 2008 Episode 8760Phyllis is upset by the conditions of her work release. Victor wonders if someone sabotaged the Clear Springs garage. Victor and Jack accuse Maggie of leaking info about Ji Min's murder case to the press. Nick, Sharon, Jack and Nikki entertain Noah at the hospital on Halloween. Adrian goes to see Victoria and speaks to her unborn baby.
J.T. confronts David about the kickback scheme.Jack ponders resigning, but Sharon encourages him not to do so. Jack is furious to learn that the hair discovered on Ji Min's body has not been linked to a specific dog. Victor goes to the hospital chapel and prays for strength for Victoria.
Phyllis digs for information about Jack while talking to the prison chaplain. Nick takes Noah trick-or-treating around the hospital. J.T. goes to Victoria's hospital room and plays her a song on his guitar. Jack and Sharon realise that Victor also has a dog.

Monday, 22 September 2008 Episode 8761Jeff invites Gloria to dinner, but Michael advises her not to go. Maggie questions Jill about how the press learned that Jack is a suspect. Jill reveals to Cane that she leaked the information about Jack.
Paul tells Maggie that he wants to tell Heather he is her father. Kevin tags along on Gloria's date with Jeff. Michael comforts Lauren as she suffers from anxiety. Lauren has a nightmare that Paul died in the collapse. Heather and Cane realise they both have missing parents.
Kevin fears Gloria is falling for Jeff, but she says she knows Jeff has been lying. Jeff takes off his jacket and reveals that he was taping his conversation with Gloria. Paul decides to call April and tell her that he's going to come clean to Heather.
Tuesday, 23 September 2008 Episode 8762Phyllis questions the chaplain about John's friendship with Todd Scheller. Paul tells Victor his suspicions about the Clear Springs construction. Victor vows to Neil that he will find out who is responsible for the garage collapse.
Kevin and Gloria visit Jana in prison and learn that Phyllis has been speaking with the prison chaplain. Jana promises Kevin she'll find out if the chaplain knows anything about John's will. Paul tells Maggie that April advised him not to tell Heather the truth.
Jack tells Victor that it could have been Zapato's hair on Ji Min's coat. Phyllis is ecstatic to receive a message from Todd Scheller. Paul tells Heather that they need to discuss an important matter.An official tells Kay and Cane that he knows what caused the collapse.
Wednesday, 24 September 2008 Episode 8763An official tells Kay and Cane that the cause of the collapse is still unknown. Jack and Victor watch a news report which blames Victor's drilling operation for the collapse.
At the loft, Nikki and J.T. pack up some of Victoria's things to take to her. Neil informs Nick that Victor's drilling caused the collapse. Nikki and Nick lash out at Victor for causing the Clear Springs collapse.
J.T. talks to Victoria's baby. J.T. confronts Victor about the methane drilling. Victor talks to Victoria, upset that his drilling company caused the explosion. Victor goes to his office and becomes emotional.
Thursday, 25 September 2008 Episode 8764Tensions mount as J.T. asks Brad to leave Victoria's hospital room. Lily is relieved to hear that Cane is not responsible for the explosion at Clear Springs. Jack tells Maggie that he thinks Victor killed Ji Min. Lily and Colleen make plans to see Enrique Iglesias' concert at Indigo.
At a press conference, Victor tells reporters that he plans to investigate the collapse. Neil invites Karen to unwind at Indigo. While visiting Victor, Jack secretly grabs a handful of Zapato's hair. Heather invites Cane to the Enrique Iglesias concert.
Colleen and J.T. agree that their past is behind them. Brad and Victor argue about the drilling at Clear Springs. Lily asks Cane to the Enrique Iglesias concert, but learns he plans to go with Heather. Jack brings the bag of Zapato's hair to Maggie and asks her to test it for evidence.
Friday, 26 September 2008 Episode 8765 Michael convinces Lauren to go to the Enrique Iglesias concert at Indigo. Lily, Colleen, Devon and Roxanne meet up at Indigo for the concert. Paul, Maggie, Neil and Karen chat at Indigo.
Michael is outraged when Paul tells him that Victor's drilling company that caused the collapse. Neil advises Lily not to get involved with Cane. Maggie tells Paul, Lauren and Michael that her gunshot wound is acting up. Lily is upset to see Cane talking to Amber.
Heather overhears Paul and Maggie talking about his kidnapping of Sheila. Neil introduces Enrique Iglesias, who performs 'Somebody's Me' at Indigo for the Clear Springs Relief Fund.

Monday, 29 September 2008Episode 8766J.T. and Nikki worry as Victoria's blood pressure rises. At Indigo, Lily observes Cane with Heather and Neil with Karen, and feels like she's the only one not in love. Michael, Paul and Maggie comfort Lauren as she suffers a panic attack.
Lauren is shocked to learn that Victor's company is responsible for the explosion. Lily interrupts as Adrian tells Colleen about his experience in the collapsed parking garage.
Lily is ecstatic when Cane calls her. Neil and Karen make love at Indigo. J.T. tells Nikki and Victor that Victoria's hands have swelled up. Heather tells her assistant to pull all of the files on Sheila Carter.
Tuesday, 30 September 2008 Episode 8767Paul tells Maggie that he plans to tell Heather that he's her father today. At the coffeehouse, Heather reads up on Sheila's case files. Heather visits Lauren to question her about Sheila.
Michael tells Lauren that he's going to try to get Phyllis another appeal. Jana questions the chaplain about John's will. Jana learns that John's cellmate was named Todd Scheller, and calls Kevin to tell him. Heather asks Maggie and Phyllis questions about Sheila, and both women cover for Paul.
The Newmans are upset as Victoria's blood pressure spikes again. Victor recites a poem to Victoria.Kevin and Gloria try to call Todd Scheller, but are unable to reach him. Jack's charitable plans prompt Phyllis to throw away Todd's phone number.
Phyllis is ecstatic when Michael tells her that he got her another appeal. Paul tells Heather that she is his daughter and waits for her reaction.
