Anything Goes: Lets Get Some Answers

The idea is that you ask whatever you’ve been itching for an answer to and any blogger can give you the answer(s) if they can. You can ask about anything and everything cellulite, money, politics, weaves, TV, celebs, shoes, etc. Nothing is off limits really but God forbid I hope it doesn’t turn out to be only mdavazo related questions. You are also welcome to share whatever you think is useful and helpful.

Here’s my bit:
• My tiny place is under attack… from coach roaches. Does anyone know how I can murder every last one of them for good? And yes my place is clean.
• What do you guys use for heartburn other than Rennies and Gaviscon?
• I went for a facial a while back and the therapist warned me against using Clinique Step 2 / toner (which I was using at the time). Apparently it contains alcohol (this is evident from the smell of it) which dehydrates you skin and causes premature aging, so be warned alcohol is for consumption and not your skin LOL.

Let me leave it there for now with my own questions and let’s hear from you guys.

PS Ok I lied one thing is off limits and that is Big Brother Africa 3.

1. Is it possible to fall in love with your dead sister's fiance?
2. Does long distance relationships work or is it  always doomed?

1.  Is it possible to fall in love with your dead sister's fiance? It's possible but would be a stupid (lack of a better word) move.
2. Does long distance relationships work or is it always doomed? If both parties are disciplined enough, it could work.

GStar - all toners contain alcohol...(i stand to be corrected but that's what I understand to be the case...and no I can;t live without a toner.)
CentreP: if he's a man and attractive yes....whether or not it is right is another issue but you can fall in lov with any man.
TDC: I would recommend you visit your dentist _ it will put you down about R300 for consultation but it might be worth it.
Tha-bang : I woud also want to know that - TVSA hooking up in real life...Well except for the admin people which I assume do

Im with mathaz on this one my best friend was in a relatinship with a guy in Lesoth while she was in Botswana and they were separated by over 15 000 km.2 years later they got married and are living happily ever after.

This is not the case I now using a Neutrogena one that says "alcohol-free" and there are lots more brands that do not contain any alcohol

tha-bang my one question is do TVSA people actually hook up outside the website?
Interesting one indeed. Yes I think so I remember some people used to organise what they called "TVSA hookups" or something like that. There was defnitely one in Gauteng.

1. Is it possible to fall in love with your dead sister's fiance? - before you go any further just recognise whether it is love or you just feel sorry for the guys for loosing his fiance.

Secondly ur sisters (couzin, friends) ex is a "no go" area. thats where limits and boundaries come.

1. Is it possible to fall in love with your couzin ?

As far as I know it is possible, In Sepedi Culture (this was applicable in the 1900's of course) ngwana wa malome (translation please) na nyalana le ngwana wa rakgadi and it wasn't a taboo. Just like seyantlong whereby a sister can marry a dead sister's husband (not sure if this sentence makes sense)

well there is an old chap we call to fumigate our house each time we see any sign of roaches.the fumigation lasts for five years and i am not exaggerating, the last time we had to fumigate was in 2006 and now if any kind of insect enters  our house it eventually dies.we once tried topurchase the same chemical he uses from a fumigating store but it did not work as well as the one the guy uses.so may be he is got a magic touch.

Buy Chlorophyllis @ Shoprite or Ceckers, costs under R50, you mix it with water and the fumes are so strong you will have to fumigate over a weekend and sleep over at a friends place.

Just thought I should share... Was going through old emails and came across this Ilizwi from Pastor Khathide...

A lot of people don't associate sex with God - they associate it with Satan and darkness, as if sex weren't holy.

The bible is explicit when it comes to sex. Sex is holy within marriage, and there is no prescribed style. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that the missionary position is the only sexual style. Not discussing sex in a relationship leads to divorce!!!!!.

Pastor Khathide has counselled women who've complained: my husband treats me as if I were his brother. There was one who told him: I am tired of getting sex fortnightly, like a salary. Khathide told her she was lucky to be getting sex fortnightly, since some wives only get it on big days, like elections.
Many husbands leave their wives to seek sexual pleasures in Hillbrow. Have you ever asked yourself what those wives have that you don't.

Wives have become very frigid and even sleep with their panties. If you're a married woman, you should sleep naked and let your bum touch your husband.
Today you find men going out of their way to get a glimpse of a vagina. They page through magazines and even go to lingerie departments in stores hoping to see what's hidden under panties, because their wives hide it from them.

Marriage is about being free with your body in front of your partner. A woman should parade naked and do some modeling to tempt her husband.
There are many married women who don't know what their husbands' penises look like. They only feel it when he enters
her. They've never switched off the lights before undressing. A penis is a wife's toy - she is supposed to play with it.

He blames couples for not making time for sex and complaining about being tired after a day's work. You find many couples who've been sexually starved for years.

God created sex for procreation and also for pleasure. You can't marry and not have a good time in bed. WHO SAID YOU CAN ONLY HAVE SEX AT NIGHT? Why can't you drive home during lunch and have a quickie with your wife? We're all equal in sex - it's not just about a woman satisfying a man.

You have to satisfy each other. Have you ever seen a woman who has been satisfied? Have u noticed how she glows and becomes energetic?
May the Lord Bless you. This is the "Whole Truth, Nothing But the Truth" So God Help Us From The Beginning.

Thanks Thabang and Carino....he he he Post Office neh...ba sa le fast asleep bauwe!

Will check it Thabang....I don't want to lock myself in a contract, so once I get a modem I will buy an MTN pay as you go sim card, buy some data (bundles) and voila...I noticed  that price/MB is cheaper on pay as you go than contract.

Atleast IC was talking about R1,7K, bo Nashua and the rest charge +R2K. Why IC was looking for connection fee if you were not taking a contract? If you take a contract u don't buy a modem separately since it is included in the monthly subscription?

I meant to say sim card.... Adding all the charges came to more than 2K and I was like cha ngiyabonga...
I also dont want to lock myself in a contract... My electricity bill is already giving me headaches... one month its R300 the next its R150 now I just got it saying R750....not sure how that is possible... so... thats the last contract i'll ever be in...

Earth: Mine took about 10 months to lock... I have what my hairdresser calls "cat fluff" but eventually they locked... So don't try too many things, get a regular hairdresser that will be patient and will avice you on the best way to go. Mine is in Soweto - might as well advertise for him - he told me to avoid sprays, all those dreadlock products and use sulfur8 original hairfood - get it from discom. and thats all i used. Now they are long and reach just below my shoulders.
