hi ya'all.

with summer upon and everybody in festive mood,i thought i will take a glimpse into what our local channels are offering and my oh my am i impressed or am I impressed.

in no particurlar here are the shows that will be keeping me glued to my screen.

Season five of America's Next Top Model, after four seasons this show manages to grab my attention unlike survivor.Ok i am sucker for reality shows but some of them become tired after a few season and they end up trying too hard.(my opinion - do not shoot)

Khumbul'ekhaya its another show that remains relevant and we are bound to see more with new look, pity i cant say the same about the presenter's dress sense.

Real Goboza - well this show has fallen flat ya re po fatshe-po fatshe, ok back to business.i continue watching cos its funny how hard they try to bring first season's spark but they keep failing may be its its not that bad.

tshisa - what more can i say great story line, great cast the show its just great,PERIOD.

selimanthunzi - and though i do not watch it religiously but they show is one of the oldest and  shows like RGB's are stealing thier concepts and that can only mean they are doing something right.Eish mara di matric dance-but there is market so its all good.

Girlfriends-funny,enjoyable a great show to watch after a hectic week.

Sistahood is on E(not that E i meant etv- kganthe who stole from who vele?) but i do not know what time ke e wela mo godimo each time but i like its freshness.

YO TV-loved it then, love it now though i am bit mature for the show but there is nothing wrong with letting out the inner child in me once in a while.

Stokvel-this is my fav' local comedy of all time and it never fails to deliver and Pinkie is just awesome.

Stritcly come dancing-whowever is behind the concept is a genius i mean who would not be interested in seeing thier TV personalites dragged out of thier comfort zones to came dance.i still wont be voting for anyone - airtime ya tura.

Motswako - i think this is one of the underated shows in SA but its great so big ups to Carol on this one.i love your show and its wonderful to watch.one problem though is that it on at the same time as Desperate Housewives and its one of my favourates.

so you think u can dance must be the coolest show on at the mmoment and i hope there will be a good replacement  when it eventually ends.

and of course I want to sing gospel.

our local soapies offers great viewing and although many will deny i know no matter how boring u think GEnerations is, u still keep dialled to it cos it is really not that bad and you do watch Muvhango.

am i theonly who channel hops between Rhythim City and Isidingo?

and oh yes there is also Where were you and A place called home they are locally delicious

with so much to see on our local channels, who needs DSTV?
