Wednesday 1 October 2008Episode 5102Brooke insists the fire was an accident and that taking the children is all about Stephanie wanting revenge, especially when she discovers that Dorothy and Stephanie knew each other before it all happened.
Dorothy denies conspiring against Brooke and tells her there will be an emergency hearing to decide what's best for the children. Ridge is concerned about Brooke and torn over what is best for the kids.
Brooke comes over after learning that the children are with him, thinking that he will be on her side. She becomes hysterical when she realizes that he isn't going to give her back the kids.
After learning about the fire, Nick confronts Stephanie and accuses her of involving Child Protective Services to get revenge on Brooke.
Thursday 2 October 2008Episode 5103Brooke is angry that she cannot take her kids home and insists that Stephanie is up to no good. Ridge tries to calm her down, offering to speak on her behalf at the hearing. Ashley supports Ridge's actions, and Brooke returns home to find Nick, who comforts her and assures her that they will get her children back.
Stephanie visits Taylor, informing her of the hearing and suggesting that she attend in case she needs to testify about her conversations with Brooke. Stephanie then visits the children and Ridge, subtly hinting that Brooke should not be around the children.
Ridge tells Stephanie to back off, then goes to tell Taylor that they both need to speak on Brooke's behalf. Taylor isn't sure if her testimony will help or hurt Brooke.
Friday 3 October 2008Episode 5104Brooke feels lonely when she wakes up the next morning. She calls Storm and he tries to calm her down, warning her not to bring up Stephanie in court. Rick and Bridget visit Brooke and also try to comfort her as well as offer to testify, but Brooke refuses.
After Brooke leaves, Rick expresses his doubt to Bridget. Brooke visits Nick and Taylor to ask Taylor for support at the hearing. Taylor tells her that she has a chance at winning her children back.
After Stephanie and Taylor discuss the trial, Taylor is served with a subpoena. Ridge tells his family that if it were up to him, Brooke would already have the children back.
The hearing begins, and Storm realizes Stephanie may have given Dorothy preconceived notions of Brooke. Both Dorothy and Storm try to plea their cases to the Judge and Brooke breaks out making a passionate plea.
Monday 6 October 2008Episode 5105Brooke has a few outbursts in the courtroom. She believes Stephanie is trying to paint her as an unfit mother. Ridge testifies that Brooke has been a good mother but expresses Brooke needs to get herself together.
Storm taints Stephanie's testimony by getting her to admit she hates Brooke. Taylor testifies that Brooke is incapable of caring for her children at the present time.
At Insomnia, Phoebe, Rick and Constantine perform (for the contest). There is a wild applause for both couples but C.J. and Felicia admit that there is clearly a winner.
Tuesday 7 October 2008Episode 5106Taylor tells the judge that Brooke is not a responsible parent,and she thinks Brooke should seek therapy. The judge issues temporary custody of Hope and R.J. to Ridge, causing Brooke to lash out at Taylor because of her testimony and lack of compassion.
Meanwhile at Insomnia, C.J. reveals that the contest resulted in a tie. Rick kisses Phoebe and surprises her with a romantic setting in the beach house where they end up kissing.
Wednesday 8 October 2008Episode 5107Brooke visits the children; Stephanie gets upset and refuses to show compassion. Stephanie thinks Brooke doesn't have her priorities in line and accuses her of being self-absorbed and obsessed with men.
Brooke insists she was able to give the Forresters something Stephanie never could, love. Nick and Taylor argue over what is best for Brooke.
Phoebe tells Rick she is not ready to give up her virginity to him and understands if he wants to leave. Nick comforts Brooke at the Shady Marlin and they nearly kiss (but don't).
Thursday 9 October 2008Episode 5108Brooke wants to return to work at Forrester Creations to get her life back on track and win back custody of her kids. Nick is reluctant at first,but when Brooke reassures him that she's not trying to come between him and Taylor, he agrees to let her return.
Bridget goes for an exam with Taylor,who expresses her regrets about the results of Brooke's custody hearing. Bridget agrees that maybe Brooke needed a wake up call, but she remains on edge about the fertility of the baby.
Eric is worried when he finds out that Nick and Brooke will be teaming up again, but Stephanie assures him that Taylor wouldn't allow them to work together.
Friday 10 October 2008Episode 5109Nick agrees to let Brooke design and work for Forrester Creations, and Taylor is not pleased when she finds out.
Ridge and Ashley continue to grow closer, and Stephanie offers to keep Abby for the night so Ashley and Ridge can have time alone. Ridge surprises her when he presents her with a small jewelry box.
Everyone wonders what Thorne has been up to lately and he pretends to be in good spirits. When he sees a picture of Darla in his wallet, however, he takes a pill from the bottle of pills he's carrying with him.
Monday 13 October 2008Episode 5110A very drugged and drunk Thorne gets angry at Taylor for finding love again, while he has still not gotten over the loss of Darla. When Thorne pushes Nick for defending Taylor, Taylor and Nick begin to worry about his out-of-character behavior.
Stephanie is ecstatic to have the children back in her house and considers asking Ridge to move back in. Ridge and Ashley make love for the first time.
Rick advises Brooke not to work at Forrester Creations so as not to be near Nick, but she is sure that everything will be fine between them. Brooke goes to see her children, but Stephanie refuses to let her in.
Tuesday 14 October 2008Episode 5111Phoebe tells Ridge that she is very happy for him and Ashley and he pushes her to find out about the other girl Rick was seeing. Meanwhile, Ashley tells Rick that she slept with Ridge and is planning on telling him about her and Rick sleeping together in Paris.
Phoebe figures this out when she comes to see Rick, while Ridge tells Ashley that he wants to know all of her secrets. Thorne drinks alone at the bar, taking a pill and looking at pictures of Darla.
An angry Donna goes to confront Stephanie when she learns that she isn't letting Brooke visit her children, and Stephanie says that she is finally getting rid of the Logans.
Wednesday 15 October 2008Episode 5112Rick tells Phoebe that he slept with Ashley in Mexico. He explains what has happened to Ashley, who is afraid that Phoebe will tell Ridge. Ashley runs into Ridge's office to tell him the truth, but Phoebe has already told him and he is distraught.
Meanwhile, Taylor tells Stephanie that she saw Thorne at the bar, and worries that he may be an alcoholic. Stephanie is angry at herself for not acknowledging the problem sooner.
Donna visits a drunken Thorne at the bar, and accidentally mentions Darla, which makes him more of an emotional wreck. Donna plans to get revenge on Stephanie.
Thursday 16 October 2008Episode 5113Ridge can't fathom how Ashley and Rick could hurt Phoebe and is disappointed and hurt himself. Phoebe ignores Rick's calls, but listens to his message in which he begs for forgiveness.
While listening to Lil' Keesha (an artist on Constantine's record label) record a love song, she reflects on her time with Rick and finally answers the phone when he calls, agreeing to possibly see him again.
Stephanie tells Brooke that she controls her visitation with the children, and warns her to keep Donna away from the Forresters.
Thorne wakes up and is surprised to find Donna in his bed. Donna pretends to be devastated that he doesn't remember their night together. Donna is thrilled as Thorne continues to fall for her act, determined to get back at Stephanie through her son.
Friday 17 October 2008Episode 5114Rick wants to visit Phoebe but she is still too upset about his affair with Ashley. Rick tells Bridget how much he wants Phoebe to forgive him, but Bridget thinks it's a bad idea for him to go to Ridge's house to see her.
Ridge tells Brooke and Taylor about Ashley's affair with Rick, but Brooke thinks that they should still give Rick a chance. Rick arrives at Ridge's house, but Ridge won't let him see Phoebe. Phoebe walks in herself, however, and in front of Ridge, Brooke and Taylor, tells Rick that their relationship is over.
Ashley tells Stephanie that she broke up with Ridge because of Rick and that she's decided to leave Forrester Creations. Stephanie embraces her and says that the fight isn't over.
Monday 20 October 2008Episode 5115Constantine tells Phoebe that they are going to have an online contest for viewers to vote on who makes better music together. Then, whoever wins, will perform their duet at a concert. Phoebe is reluctant at first, since this might mean singing with Rick, but Constantine convinces her that it's a good career move.
Meanwhile, Rick turns to Brooke for comfort about Phoebe, and she tells him that if she really means that much to him, he'll fight for her. Rick goes to see Phoebe at work, and she tells him about the contest/concert.
Donna confronts Stephanie when she shows up during a lunch meeting with Jackie at Bikini Beach, nearly slapping her for calling Brooke a whore. She gets silent revenge later, however, when Thorne shows up and asks her on a date.
Tuesday 21 October 2008Episode 5116Phoebe tells Ridge that his relationship with Ashley should not be over just because her relationship with Rick is. As Phoebe puts in her support for her duet with Constantine, Rick seems a force to be reckoned with as he starts his own campaign. Rick tries to make Phoebe see that he is not the only believer in their relationship.
Ashley tells Stephanie that she feels there is nothing she can do to help her relationship with Ridge. Ridge admits to Stephanie that Ashley is a great woman, but that he drew a line when Phoebe got hurt.
After Ridge tells Ashley that he wants her to resign, Ashley pleads for his forgiveness and tells him she is not leaving L.A. or the company.
Wednesday 22 October 2008Episode 5117Stephanie hosts a barbecue with Abby, Aly and Hope to help Ridge and Ashley get back together. Ridge and Ashley do not want Abby to sleep over, so as not to give Stephanie false hope. Ridge tells Ashley that he loves her, and the two reconcile.
Donna tells Brooke that she will help her fight for her kids. Later, Donna urges Thorne to give his opinion on Brooke and Ridge's custody battle. Donna then confronts Thorne about his pill addiction, and Thorne admits he can't get over Darla. Donna continues to manipulate Thorne, and plans to be the next Mrs. Thorne Forrester.
Thursday 23 October 2008Episode 5118Phoebe and Stephanie are guests on the Rich Ginger Show. Ridge becomes horrified that Phoebe is going to sing with Rick. He vows to not allow it to happen.
Stephanie makes it clear to the audience that Forrester Creations is not - in any way - involved with Forrester Originals. She also makes it clear that Brooke is no longer a member of the Forrester family. Brooke, Donna, Eric and Ridge are stunned by Stephanie's actions on the show.
Stephanie continues to make slanderous remarks about Brooke's name and company. Thorne is upset with his mother and calls Donna for comfort. He wants to run away with her.
Friday 24 October 2008Episode 5119Donna and Thorne leave town on a romantic getaway and Thorne continues to fall into her trap. Brooke is moved by Nick's support for her, but is taken by surprise when she later realizes that Ridge is back with Ashley. Ridge defends Brooke to his mother, and Brooke begs him not to let Stephanie destroy him.
Meanwhile, Stephanie meets with Andy, urging him to pursue Brooke. Taylor tells Nick that she feels guilty about testifying against Brooke. Nick reassures her that it is Stephanie's fault, and not Taylor's, that Brooke has lost her children, and they head off to their doctor's appointment.
Monday 27 October 2008Episode 5120Stephanie continues to try to convince Andy to pursue Brooke. He is suspicious of Stephanie's motives, but is very intrigued by Brooke.
Bridget performs an ultrasound on Taylor when Carl interrupts to remind Taylor to take an amino test because the eggs may be from someone other than the anticipated donor. Nick visits Brooke, attempting to comfort her by showing her a picture of the ultrasound.
Meanwhile, Taylor sees Stephanie and tells her to leave Brooke alone and Thorne goes to the greatest length to assure Donna that they can overcome their family differences.
Tuesday 28 October 2008Episode 5121Thorne's plan to calm Donna's nerves works and Donna and Thorne discuss details of their future. Eric and Stephanie spend the night at home with their grandkids, discussing her hatred for the Logan's and the threat of Brooke working for Forrester Creations.
Andy stops by unexpectedly, telling Stephanie that he doesn't trust her motives and wants to pursue Brooke on his own. Meanwhile, Nick comforts Brooke and tells her to call her children.
Wednesday 29 October 2008Episode 5122Phoebe goes over to Ridge's to discuss her duet with Rick and Ridge warns her about getting back together with him while Rick brainstorms with Bridget for ideas to win the contest and wow Phoebe. Ashley visits Rick to tell him that she is back with Ridge.
Thorne returns to his beach house with Donna where they make love and discuss more plans for the future. Ally anxiously awaits Thorne's return, and Stephanie and Eric take her to see him where things go awry.
Thursday 30 October 2008Episode 5123Stephanie continues to insist that Donna is using Thorne to get back at her and Thorne fights back - kicking his mother out of his home. Stephanie later sneaks into the house and surprises Donna, who stands her ground and insists she will marry Thorne. Eric is surprised when Thorne tells him about the engagement, and Ally tells them that she likes having Donna around.
Nick and Jackie discuss Donna's plan, and Nick worries it will backfire and hurt Brooke. Rick asks Ashley for advice on how to get Phoebe back. Meanwhile, Phoebe's daydream at Constantine's loft upsets her when she imagines Rick and Ashley together. Constantine is there to comfort her.
Friday 31 October 2008Episode 5124Jackie tells Stephanie about Donna and Thorne's engagement, and gives Eric Thorne's engagement gift. Eric and Stephanie argue about their son's engagement to Donna. Stephanie is still convinced that Donna is just using Thorne.
Brooke questions Donna's true feelings for Thorne and her motives. Jackie suggests Brooke design Donna's wedding gown. After Donna leaves, Brooke and Jackie discuss Stephanie's opposition to the engagement.
