Ok, I had a very interesting week. Thursdays are always the scariest and most nerve wrecking. Rehearsals go very smoothly until you hear the band playing the music, oooooh my my my, people you have no idea. All the shakes come out.
People say that I shouldn't have stage fright but people, Tyrone is there, helloooo. I have a song for him this week. I guess you'll have wait and see.
The Nerves, I am working on them, getting better though. It was a bit better last week even though I didn't do the cha cha the way I had rehearsed it. It's so relaxing to know that people believe in you, even in SCD.
I must admit, I respect professional dancers. This thing is not funny. I have a great trainer but it's still very hard. The important thing is when one does it. I tell you, every Thursday HAS to be better than last. That's what I'm striving for.
There was just too much tension for me on Thursday. This week it will be better. I love the routine and the dance. The Rumba. The dance of love.
