Nhlanhla tries to get Lentswe to tell the real truth before Keketso gets seriously hurt. Lentswe confesses to Keketso that he might very well be gay. How does she take the news?
Tuesday, 4 November 2008Episode 798 Morongwe is on the mend, eager to return to work and get on with her life; but Mmadika's worried her sister isn't ready. Alex, however, seems indifferent to Morongwe's return. While Shakira, sensing a threat on the horizon, prepares to meet her "enemy".
Keketso is reeling after Lentswe's revelation that he is gay, while Lentswe is devastated at the hurt he's caused. Sibling rivalry rears it's ugly head as Christy and Mangi struggle to get used to living in the same house.
Wednesday, 5 November 2008Episode 799 Daniel opens up to Mangi in a sincere attempt to strengthen their relationship. But a confused Mangi admits he still misses Stan. Lentswe asks Nhlanhla out on a date. But Nhlanhla declines, refusing to be the rebound guy.
Morongwe's frustrated when everyone feels her returning to work might not be the best thing right now. Lentswe decides to tell his parents the truth about being gay.
Thursday, 6 November 2008Episode 800 Morongwe's return to work puts Alex on the defensive, shifts Daniel into scheming mode, and incites jealousy in Shakira. Nhlanhla's sincere support of Lentswe, with regards to getting him to come clean about his sexuality to his parents, alienates Keketso. Daniel appeals to Mangi's sense of tradition to have an mbeleko ceremony, but Stan's modern influence has rubbed off and Mangi refuses.
Monday, 10 November 2008Episode 801 An angry Alex verbally lashes out at Shakira for speaking out of turn, but a manipulative Shakira manages to convince him of her innocence. Mmadika wants to do a newspaper profile on Cairo, but Cairo's not keen on becoming a "celebrity cop".
Daniel publicly rejects Mangi when put on the spot, and a hurt Mangi moves out of the house. Morongwe tries to reach out to Alex, but he plays hardball after Shakira convinces him that Morongwe is still very much the enemy.
Tuesday, 11 November 2008Episode 802 Morongwe hides an extremely important letter addressed to Alex from his parole officer. Daniel's aunt Gogo Mma Nyathi arrives and steps in to try and fix the strained relationship between Daniel and Mangi.
Abigail takes Shakira to task for being selfish, and for not really considering how Alex and Morongwe's divorce will affect the twins. Morongwe takes the first legal step to regain custody of the twins.
Wednesday, 12 November 2008Episode 803 The battle for custody of the twins between Morongwe and Alex intensifies. Mangi and Daniel are finally reunited, thanks to Gogo Mma Nyathi. Is mmadika blind to her growing feelings for Cairo? Alex shows signs of a growing violence and Tino tries to warn Alex that all is not well.
Thursday, 13 November 2008Episode 804 Cairo comes to Tino with bad news: there's an arrest warrant out for Alex. Mangi's excited about the mbeleko. But, after talking to Eddie and Nhlanhla, he starts having second thoughts.
Mmadika gets angry with Cairo because she thinks he's trying to avoid her.
Abigail's worried about the aggressive way Alex treated Shakira.
Monday, 17 November 2008Episode 805 Tino manages to get Alex released from jail. But spending three days behind bars has badly affected Alex. During one of their interviews for her article, Cairo opens himself up to Mmadika. It's the start of a shift in their relationship.
Shakira is frustrated and concerned when it's clear Alex is pushing her away and withdrawing into himself. Abigail notes that the tigress in Morongwe is returning, as she sees how determined Morongwe is to reclaim custody of her children.
The Mbeleko ceremony is performed and a proud Daniel formally announces to the world that Mangi is his son.
Tuesday, 18 November 2008Episode 806 Daniel tells Alex that his job is on the line. Meanwhile, Alex is determined to destroy any chance Morongwe has of seeing the twins. Lefa wants to pay lobola for Palesa, but he doesn't want his parents to know about her HIV status. Morongwe notices that Mmadika's interest in Cairo is moving beyond professionalism. An aggressive Alex publicly humiliates Shakira.
Wednesday, 19 November 2008Episode 807 Alex's decision to leave Shakira in charge of the twins backfires, and Morongwe exploits the situation to her advantage. Palesa meets Lefa's father, Benjamin. But Lefa's reluctant to disclose her HIV status in the build-up to the lobola negotiations.
Mmadika gives Cairo the chance to offer feedback on her article, but Eddie is having none of it. The strain of being investigated by his new parole officer and the threat of losing his kids incites Alex to physically abuse Shakira.
Thursday, 20 November 2008Episode 808 Abigail discovers that Alex has beaten Shakira, but can't get Shakira to go to the police. Eddie warns Mmadika that cops and journalists aren't easy allies, and she shouldn't get further involved with Cairo.
Alex tries to get Mmadika's help in looking after the children and learns that he's lost another friend. Palesa's first meeting with Lefa's father Benjamin went well, but she's starting to dread meeting Lefa's mother.
Monday, 24 November 2008Episode 809 Lefa stands up to his father. And, in so doing, they form a close bond for the first time in their relationship. Daniel's determined to get rid of Alex, and says so to the man's face.
Mmadika's starting to realize she has feelings for Cairo. But when he asks her out on a date, she's speechless. Morongwe and Abigail try to convince Shakira to press charges against Alex. Even Tino agrees, which sends Shakira into an emotional tail-spin.
Tuesday, 25 November 2008Episode 810 The interim custody order is overturned. Morongwe's reunited with her children. And, suddenly, Alex feels like a stranger to his own family. Palesa's grandfather sets a considerable price for the lobola which Benjamin begrudgingly agrees to. Palesa is shocked at the sum.
Mmadika can't deny the attraction she has for Cairo, so she accepts his offer to go out on a date. Shakira gives Alex an option: attend group counselling sessions for men who batter women, or she will lay an assault charge against him.
Wednesday, 26 November 2008Episode 811 Alex is determined to prove Morongwe tried to commit suicide. But he doesn't know Shakira has Morongwe's suicide note in her possession. Mmadika's excited about her date with Cairo, but is disappointed when he stands her up.
Lefa's mother Constance requests that Palesa and Lefa attend pre-marital counselling. Daniel starts a plan in motion to sabotage Alex. Alex attends a group counselling session, as promised. But then he makes a mockery of the experience, to Tino's dismay.
Thursday, 27 November 2008Episode 812 Daniel feels threatened by the pending questions he has to answer at Alex's parole meeting, and looks to get rid of Alex forever. With wedding preparations underway, Palesa alienates Maletsatsi in her attempts to ingratiate herself to Constance.
Cairo tries to explain why he stood up Mmadika, but she's hurt and isn't able to forgive him... yet. Lefa persuades Palesa to undergo marriage counselling with Pastor Matlala.
