Sean Hayes entertains Ellen as they talk about his new film, The Bucket List, and six-year-old Cody McCasland from Dallas, Texas, marks the end of Ellen's Favourite Kids Week.
Also in studio: Cody - a double amputee who recently took part in running a marathon to support the hospital that Cody has been attending since birth. Cody picked up the rear and ran the last mile. Although he has been involved supporting the marathon for years, this was the first time he ran in it.

She also chats with Maria Bartiromo of CNBC's Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo and host and managing editor of Wall Street Journal Report with Maria Bartiromo.
Plain White T's perform Hey There Delilah from their CD Every Second Counts and 11-year-old Michala Riggle from Louisvill, Kentucky, shares her story of how this past summer she started selling beaded bracelets and taking donations with the hopes of raising $200k for autism research.
In December The Michala Riggle Glutathione Autism Research Fund reached the $200,000 goal. Michala started the fund to help her brother and other kids who have autism.

As Game Week continues, Ellen chats with Marilu Henner about her appearance on Celebrity Apprentice and the Meanest Mom, Jane Hambleton, and her son, Steven Hambleton, of Fort Dodge, Iowa, talk about how Jane sold Steven's car after finding alcohol in it.
Then Jane put an ad in the newspaper calling herself "The Meanest Mom on the planet." And Joshua Radin performs from his CD We Were Here.

As Game Week continues, Ellen welcomes the lastest losers eliminated from The Biggest Loser; Grammy nominee for Best New Artist, Taylor Swift, performs Our Song from her self-titled debut CD; and Ellen chats with the mayor of Oklahoma City, Mick Cornett.
Mayor Cornett has had his own struggle with losing weight. As a New Year resolution, he has challenged the residents of Oklahoma City to collectively lose one million pounds.
