Seven newlywed couples compete for a $500 000 prize to help them realise their dreams. Here Come the Newlyweds is a reality show about the relationships, differences between men and women, and the universal issues that every couple must face.
The newlyweds include pairings such as high school sweethearts, a May-December couple, an arranged marriage, an interracial union and an Internet personals couple.
Each couple faces a variety of mental and physical challenges which, at their core, are tests of the kind of relationship the players really have. At the end of each episode, voting results will send one couple home, eventually leaving behind one couple who've proven they have the strongest union.

The Heart Is Beautiful is a four-part South African documentary series that focuses on heart transplant cases performed by Dr Susan Vosloo at the Chris Barnard Memorial Hospital.
The series follows the real life story of the Gird family, who's daughter needs a heart transplant. Filmed in real time, the series covers the family's wait for a heart donor - never knowing if it's going to happen or not.
As the series unfolds it follows the family's emotional and physical journey and the family's fate is revealed across the four episodes.
Samurai GirlPremiere date: Sunday, 14 December 2008 at 18h00
Samurai Girl is based on a series of young adult novels which tell the story of a 19-year old Japanese girl named Heaven. She discovers that the wealthy businessman who adopted her as an infant is really the head of the Yakuza, the Japanese mafia, and may have had her beloved brother brutally murdered.
She breaks from her family and begins training to become a samurai and with the help of a group of new American friends, sets out to take down her father’s evil empire.

Men’s Health Look
Premiere date: Saturday, 6 December after the 20h00 movie
A three part special series that looks at the Men's Health 2008 competition. The series begins with the process hopefuls go through, the selection of finalists and ends with the announcement of the winner of the Men's Health title.
The finalists are chosen from around South Africa and taken to the Western Cape for an action-packed weekend before the final awards, which took place in Cape Town too.
