Ahsen Eroglu plays Dicle Ertem
A heads-up that Afrikaans-dubbed Turkish telenovela Die Agentskap (The Agency) premiered on ePlesier this Monday 2 December at 12h00.
ePlesier has always been a repeats channel and now it's branching out with a first run show of its own on Openview. Die Agentskap isn't brand new to e - it's been streaming on eVOD and this is its first run on TV.
It's a comedic drama that follows film school graduate Dicle who moves to Istanbul to pursue a career in showbiz.
She discovers that this is easier said than done when she can't land a job but she does have one option: her father Kirac who abandoned her and her mother - like so many fathers do! Let's
not get started on that topic because we'd be here for dayz.
Dicle's deadbeat dad works in entertainment and started a new life with a new wife and daughter who don't know about his past.
He doesn't want the world to know that Dicle's his daughter - he wants her to return to her hometown to get a job there.
But she has other plans and gets accepted for a position at EGO, the talent agency where he works as an agent.
This introduces her to the agents who work with him and the series centres round all of their exploits. The other agents are Feris, Çinar and Peride.
