Weekend Tragedies

On Saturday night we had a braai at one of our friends place. There round about 21:00, we heard that the house next door was burning….we quickly ran to see, it was a shack at the back of the house…probably the kids(a boy & a girl) were trying to cook (I think their parents were around the neighbourhood, because it was still early you know mos ekasi nge-weekend)….the kids fell asleep, apparently that’s how the fire started.
Both of them got burned and died in the scene (a 5 and a 3-year old)….their parents and neighbours couldn’t do anything to save them because the were flames all over their shack…it was so terrible to see their parents & community helpless their mother was constantly fainting and their father tried to get in but the people stopped him …it was so hurting to see their house, kids and belongings vanishing in front of them just like that…
The community brought their 20 litres buckets, filled with water trying to extinguish the fire but it didn’t help it seems as if they were pouring the paraffin…after 30 minutes the fire finally stopped…
“What would you do if you were in the same situation”?...Would you get in the house? or Would you blame yourself for not being there for your kids?

Another scene had happened earlier….during lunch time…the was a bakkie running so fast (bare in mind that the were passengers and there was no canopy)…it was turning in the sharp carve when one of the passengers fell down the road ….bumped his head on the tar road…in a sec his urine just flowed and he rolled his eyes…we don’t know what happened to him…we were in a car.
"Do you think that we need traffic cops in our townships”?

Few hours later….the was this guy who was chatting with this lady….the jealous boyfriend stabbed both of them….you know what happened, the guy (who was stabbed)….quickly went to his house to fetch a knife and stabbed the guy in revenge and he died immediately (the one who started the fight)..
“Would you be stupid enough to stab someone who is chatting with your lover”?...at the end the guy will be six fit under soon because of his stupid jealous…

The Queens language can be very difficult sometimes hope you'll get what i'm trying to say....can any1 help me insert the pix

OMG, ur stories are so sad, but this one hurts me most. How can u possibly leave a 5 & 3 year old all by themselves. Whether u live in a shack or a palace, kids that young always need supervision. My boss's brother had twins and they both drowned at his home and died their ages were two, in the house the maid was watching Days of Our Lives, while the kids were seeing the last day of their lives.

I would think that as a parent u don't even ask urself that, ur childrens lives always come b4 ur own.

kwa kwa kwa shem PY, u are really new this this ngempela kucima iy'bani.

Neway the X & edit is only visible to u coz it's ur article so don't worry we can't see all of that, the X is for u to delete a reply which u find offensive and the edit is for u to make changes to ur article where u feel the need.

eish mina two boys from my street one is 26 and the other is 20, we chilling like amajita ekasi drinking and having fun smoking zol. and then they got into an argument about who has made his bedroom nicer since they started working the 20 year was boasting too much and he eventually lost his cool and hit the 26 year old with a bootle on the head and and 26 year old got very ubset and he got hold of imbazo and axe and he moered the other with i mbazo...and now the 20 is in hospital fighting for his life and the 26 year old is in custody of the police.....these guys were/are best friends and they live next door to each other and now definately abamakhalwane will never ever got along after what happened... even today i still do not believe what these guys did...why couldnt they just fist fight if it was getting out of hand, why did they have to use izikhali like they are fighting enemies???

mh mh...PY it is sad indeed for ababntwana, shame poor thingies they must have been hungry.....nkosi yam....

Tjo my boozing cuz uyeyisa vele e sober....he was e Mlazi (he is from EC) somewhere ephuza with other Mlazi cuzins, some guy walked in and said, " i can stab anyone i like here", everyone was quiet.....not owasekhaya and his big mouth he said, "never not me.....

That was it...the drunk stranger stabbed the drunk cousin centimeters away from the liver.....he stayed two weeks at the hospital.....

Geeeze PY & Dj??? Ok over the weekend i heard some noise kanti my neighbours are mouring each other but ayiphelelanga apho. Apparently the lady was accusing the bro 4 cheating so wazenza ifly/bird waziphosa phantsi. Now i heard she will stay on wheelchair 4 the rest of her life while her boyfreind will watch days of his life LOL Nonny....She's still in hospital, will b back on Jan. This morning I saw a lady coming from kam-melwane & i just ask myself kanti what went wrong vele? Instead of supporting i-girlfreind yena he is buzy takising nc nc nc nc

I wouldnt leave my kids by themselves in the first place. Township or not. Kids need constant supervision.
