I have had the feeling of being attacked by something that is not there.
I wake up 2 in the mornin not being able to breath feelin like im being chocked!

Evey time this happens i start praying and for some reason the feeling goes away.
I am not sure what is going on as it confuses me??? Does anybody know whatt i am talking about, or is this only happening to me?

try to use 3 pillows at night eat before 6,if it doesnt work......me dont know now.

Thanks for the link Toxic, but dont think it is the same, this feels like something bad or dare I say something Evil is trying to get me.
This actually does sound crazy but it is just getting to much, I wake up with hand like marks round my neck? Only when i start praying it goes away but you can still feel it there, I found that what works is before bed I read my bible and leave it open and that seems to work sometimes.......

Heheheh nope dont think it can be the tokoloshe.........i never believed in things like this until it started happening, I always thought things like this only happen in da movies, but apparently not.....it can happen in real life,. not sure if there is a spells that can actually work on people?

this is beyond human knowledge and understanding, it is a spiritual warfare that require spiritual weapons. It is a pity that people take this for granted, this is about life and death.

Maybe i must write a blog that will look into detail the spirituals. Remember we are spiritual beings, living in mortal bodies.

Hey 44me, if you might know something that can help i would really appreciate it....the weird thin is i never believed in things like spirits etc...but since this my views have changed and in a away its interesting but very scary at the same time...
if you can do a blog let me know, would love to see it as well as other peoples views!!!

Hi, there's a scientific explanation for this. Basically when youre sleeping your body alternates between 2 sleep phases. In the one phase, your body is incapacitated, so you get this feeling when you wake up in the wrong phase. Your mind is awake but your body is not. Forgotten the proper terms but if you google it you'll find lots of stuff on the net.
