College campuses across the US are dealing with issues related to sexual assault, drinking deaths and hazing. As many as one in four college women are victims of rape or attempted sexual assault.
84 percent of college men who committed rape said that what they did would not be defined as rape in their own minds.
Dr Phil gives advice on the safety tips and warning signs to look out for to avoid being caught in a crisis situation.
