A dramatised look at John Adams, the Boston lawyer who became the second president of the United States.

The series looks at his relationship with his intelligent, devoted wife and his role in creating a free and independent nation.

This series is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book by David McCullough and won 13 Emmys (the most ever won by a mini series).

The cast: Paul Giamatti, Laura Linney, David Morse, Rufus Sewell, Tom Wilkinson, Danny Huston, Stephen Dillane

Directed by Tom Hooper and Michelle Ashford; and co-produced by Tom Hanks.



Little Britain USA
Premiere date: Tuesday, 14 April 2009 at 22h30

The US version of the comedy sketch show starring Matt Lucas and David Walliams as various characters. Lou and Andy, Daffyd Thomas, Sebastian Love, Marjorie Dawes and Vicky Pollard.

The six-part series also includes characters not seen in the Brit. version.

The Office continues into it's fourth season.

In Episode 1: A freak accident causes Michael to feel the office is cursed. He explores the religious beliefs of his employees before deciding to hold a charity 5K fun run. Meanwhile, further developments in the romances of Pam and Jim, and Dwight and Angela are explored.
