Firstly I really don't know what inspired me to write this article/blog. It's not easy to write a blog as you all know we've got people who will scrutinize each and every word you wrote, but then again what's the point of writing if there aren't people who will criticize your writing.
Most of you know that Alexandra The Great was gay/bisexual, thanks to the movie and the openness of the Western Media when it comes to issues of Sexuality.
Which makes me wonder how accurate and truthful is our history, well the one that we've been taught by our grandparents or at school.
We all know homosexuality is not something that just came into existence in the now 21st century but it's something that has been there since the days of Sodom and Gomorrah.
I watched one of the bible teaching by Creflo Dollar on dvd and I'm sure my Christian bloggers will help me out on this one as well, in that video Creflo was explaining the incident that happened between Noah and his son, and how Noah cursed his son for making him drunk and left him naked. Well he said that Noah's son got his father drunk and slept with him and that's the reason why he cursed him. He explained it so nicely I'll try to get an extract from that.
We've all heard people in the media and everywhere saying how unAfrican it is to be gay.
Apparently there's some evidence that Shaka Zulu was also gay and that he used to f**k his soldiers. This Zulu guy was busy bragging about how Shaka was a great warrior and that Sotho and Pedi Kings were cowards instead of fighting they hid in the mountains. When I mentioned that Shaka was Gay he nearly Klapped me.
if we're proud of our history we should be proud of it and its flaws. We also know about Queen Modjadji the Rain Queen and her many wives and the Bapedi people always defend her lesbianism by saying that she does not sleep with those women, they're just her helpers in the Royal House.
Any Historical gay figures u know about please share cos I bet you no one is going to tell us about them.
