NEW SHOWS
Ghost Whisperer 4 Premiere date: Tuesday 11 August 2009 at 19h00
Please note: Ghost Whisperer moves to M-Net Action permanently, following the launch of Vuzu in place of Channel go.About the show:
The show centres round Melinda Gordon, who has the gift of communicating with earthbound spirits or ghosts who cling to the living because they have unfinished business in our world, preventing them from "crossing over" or going into the light.
Melinda navigates between the dead and the living with her sometimes chilling, sometimes heart-rending and sometimes amusing actions as an intermediary between the ghosts and those they haunt.
Although she is very good at being an intermediary she never publicizes this gift, and is instead known around town as a newlywed and the owner of the successful antiques store, Same As it Never Was.
In the Season 4 premiere episode:
After being rescued by Jim from a fire at the Rockland University, Eli has a near death experience. Melinda becomes friends with Eli and soon discovers that they both have the same abilities.
