Alex is disturbed when Daniel suggests going after Success in jail. Dika drives her colleagues insane with her short fuse. Erin worries when Wayne jokes he is a gambling addict.

Monday 5 October 2009Episode 989 Success warns Shakira that her time is up: he wants evidence that he is going to be out of jail soon. Dika realizes, when she sees Cairo for the first time since their break up, that she still has strong feelings for him.
Tino manages to control his rage…so the NZH board meeting goes (somewhat) smoothly. Tino is devastated when Success is murdered in a prison fight.
Tuesday 6 October 2009Episode 990 Wayne is busted when Jacques and Keke realize he's been "playing" them, in order to get free food and groceries. Shakira, and then Alex, are shocked when Tino informs them that Success is dead.
Tino is certain Daniel organized the killing and completely loses it in front of a scared Erin and Shakira. Dika goes off the rails when she loses the necklace Cairo gave her.
Wednesday 7 October 2009Episode 991 Erin is convinced Tino's obsession with Daniel has not only pushed him to the edge of sanity, but that he is also plotting something terrible. Dika continues to struggle with the break-up.
Keke gets the opportunity of a lifetime, when she is asked to design a mural for the inner cityscape urban renewal project. Tino is outraged when Cairo announces, that due to a lack of evidence, the investigation into Abigail's murder case has reached a dead-end.
Thursday 8 October 2009Episode 992 Dika is devastated when Cairo confesses their sex life left a lot to be desired. Nadia is starting to unravel and admits to Daniel that she thinks their family is cursed.
Daniel is furious when Alex reveals he can't find any evidence that Shakira had anything to do with Daniel's alleged framing. The rage within Tino is finally unleashed and he beats Daniel to a bloody pulp.

Monday 12 October 2009Episode 993 Mangi attacks Tino and Nadia and Shakira have a go at each other. Mo is cracking under the pressure of having to keep NZH running all on her own. Dika takes to belly dancing like a fish to water.
Mangi tests to see if Keke is romantically interested in him, but her attention is focused on her graffiti wall. Daniel arrives home from hospital, beaten and bruised, and declares war with Tino.
Tuesday 13 October 2009Episode 994 Daniel is furious when he learns of Nadia's set-to with Shakira. Keke reconciles with Mangi after negating his idea for her graffiti wall. He buys her a new sketchpad, for inspiration. Cairo follows Dika, believing she's met another man.
Daniel decides to press assault charges against Tino. Alex and Mo intervene in order to try and save the company, but during an emergency board meeting the situation deteriorates even further.
Wednesday 14 October 2009Episode 995 Erin is freaked when it looks like Tino might hit her. Mangi sneaks a peek at Keke's sketch-pad and discovers she's using his love letter to Joburg idea for her graffiti tag.
Shakira convinces Daniel, and then Tino, to negotiate a truce. It comes with a secret price: she now owes Daniel - big. Dika's plans to spend the evening with Cairo come to an abrupt halt when he tells her his ex-wife and son have moved back in with him. Tino hires Julius to spy on the Nyathi household.
Thursday 15 October 2009Episode 996 Palesa receives a shocking letter. Mo is surprised when Tino and Daniel appear to have made peace. Dika worries about her relationship now that Cairo's ex-wife has moved in with him. Keke attacks Mangi for claiming her tag was his idea.
Monday 19 October 2009Episode 997 Lefa is increasingly concerned over Palesa's obvious preoccupation. Dika is stunned when Ronel, Cairo's wife, confronts her over her disciplining of their son.
Keke admits to Lefa why she can't acknowledge her feelings for Mangi. Maletsatsi is floored when Palesa expresses her desire to meet her father.
Tuesday 20 October 2009Episode 998 Eddie assures Maletsatsi there's no way for Palesa to track Bishop. Cairo is taking financial and emotional strain, having his ex-wife live with him. After they have a fight, he asks Dika if he can spend the night at her place. Palesa visits her dad, Pule (Bishop), who is in prison, but doesn't reveal this to Lefa.
Wednesday 21 October 2009Episode 999 Pastor Lefa discovers Palesa lied to him and suspects she is hiding something. Meanwhile, Palesa asks Pule (Bishop) for a DNA sample.
Dika is freaked when she discovers that both Ronel and Jacob are joining Cairo on his business trip to Limpopo. Mangi is cagey when Eddie questions him about the cactus Keke gave him as a gift.
Thursday 22 October 2009Episode 1000 An increasingly suspicious Pastor Lefa starts to think the virtually unthinkable - that his wife is having an affair - so he confronts Palesa. Dika's shocked when Cairo reveals the real reason for his going to Limpopo.
Eddie cautions Mangi about getting romantically involved with Keke while he's still in the process of recovering from heroin addiction.
Monday 26 October 2009Episode 1001 Lefa and Palesa can't seem to agree on anything, and then a R2000 credit card bill and a lie, told to Maletsatsi, forces him to confront his wife yet again.
Dika contemplates moving to Limpopo with Cairo. Eddie suggests if Mangi really cares so much about Keke he should be willing to wait for her.
Tuesday 27 October 2009Episode 1002Palesa takes Lefa to meet her father. Lefa is troubled when he does not share Palesa's enthusiasm for her newfound dad. Dika takes a big, unexpected step with Cairo. Mangi decides what to do about Keke.
Wednesday 28 October 2009Episode 1003 Palesa's anger at having being lied to about her father drives a bigger wedge between her and Maletsatsi. Tino's full of the joys of life and wants to make some changes, but Erin's starting to feel smothered. Mangi enlists Lefa's aid in setting up a surprise for Keke, but things don't go as planned.
Thursday 29 October 2009Episode 1004Palesa makes it clear to both Lefa and Constance that she will accept no interference from them with regard to her father. Erin is worried when Tino invites her to move in with him; he mistakes her concern for rejection.
Keke is hurt by Mangi's newly acquired aloofness. Lefa gives Palesa an ultimatum - either she tells Maletsatsi about Pule (Bishop), or he will.
Scandal! is on e.tv Mondays to Thursdays at 19h30.
