Hey bloggers, long time no c. ;-) I see Biggie is here and we who don't have time or must i say DSTV cannot comment.. lol
Let's talk about something different then.
Have you ever taken some of locally produced products personally? I have always felt emotionally attached to most locally produced products. For example, the “latest” MTN Advert on TV with a choir singing something on the phone to someone who they are visibly proud of (not sure if he’s a pilot or a captain) and the part that irks the ish out of me is when the choir suddenly stops singing and the momma shouts “jo nna nna we ke feletswe ke moya” and this hilarious looking choir member goes “ke tshwere potsotso mama” holding out a R5 air time voucher. Mxiim!! Whoever created that advert clearly wasn’t sober!!
I always, always take these products very seriously. I’m not sure if I started feeling like this when the Proudly South African Logo was introduced to be endorsed on local consumer products or when South Africa was suddenly alive with possibilities, anyhow, one of the latest product that I’m personally attached to is a PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN NETWORKING SITE called xpreznet.com
This networking site is a fuller version of your FB, Twitter etc. Although it’s newly launched, it is clearly the greatest evolution of our times.
Upload-exprez.com, which is the mother of them all is the latest evolution in South Africa, believe it or not it was inspired by the love of poetry, as it got online more opportunities presented themselves in form of needs and lack of time worthy things. So it grew to an informative site that it is today and gave birth to the light of the future (expreznet.com) which is a socio networking site where people who love people actually feel at home.
expreznet.com was basically developed from the need for a purely South African developed product that will suit the needs of citizens who like to do justice to their diverse cultures by exploring and interlinking with one another.
It is a true networking site where you meet different people, interact with them, share all the nice things that we have to share and even become friends. Let’s face it, gone are those days when meeting new people was limited to being in a crowd of strangers, a bit tipsy yourself and only meet in town afterwards (after agreeing to meet using a letter as a form of communication), we have moved into a new era, an era of technology and why not take it by the horns and exhaust it, we might not be able to exhaust all the capabilities, but I tell you one thing, we would have given it a shot and benefited a whole lot while we at it.
It’s free, yours is to log on, register and explorer endless possibilities, expreznet.com, South Africa has never seen this innovation on the net!!!
Check out the site on www.xpreznet.com , register and be part of history!!!
Please come back here and make your comment on this site and also tell us which Proudly South African products you take pride on.
Don’t forget to send me a friend request. I’m Shagz!
