The word that are overused and abused

Hello mablogars

Now, it really gets to me when someone says
"apparently Chiefs and Sundowns was playing yesterday i think"
Why use apparently?
What does apparent mean?

This word is looooved by teens, adolences and those who thinks using terminology means you can speak the language of the queen.

The other word that is popular in this age group is "like"
"no i was at the mall and like this hot guy comes to me and like whats up?"
" yes but like i am not saying I wont come" (nc nc nc nc)
what the heaven is this?
why do people over use word?

the is this white guy at work who abuses "wa bona"
"lets go out for lunch, wa bona"
bathong!!! bathong!!! bathong!!!

There is another Director I know who likes to use "what's this"
and she sometimes uses it and end up sounding rude.

Do you over use a certain phrase or a word?
What do you tend to say?
Why do you do it?
Do you want to change?

I think i overuse the word perhaps when speaking the queen's language. Perhaps its because i want to think before i say something and perhaps i just say perhaps to perhaps buy time until i remember the next word. Perhaps i should just stick to my mother toungue which perhaps should be more simple to articulate.
