Dostana (meaning "friendship") is set in Miami and centres round two guys who pretend to be gay so that they can get their clutches on an apartment - and ultimately the girl of their dreams.
When Sameer (Abhishek Bachchan) and Kunal (John Abraham) are turned down for an apartment because the land lady doesn't want two strapping young men to corrupt her young sexy niece Neha (Priyanka Chopra), they go to plan "G" - they pretend to be "Gay" to secure the apartment.
All is well until they meet the sexy siren Neha and thus begins a journey of fun, frolic and a test of friendship when Neha's boss Abhimanyu (Bobby Deol) enters the fray as the third contender for her affections.
The movie was released on 14 November 2008 and is directed by Tarun Mansukhani.

Nishabd is the story about the controversial relationship between an 18-year old girl and a much older man.
The film begins with Ritu (Shraddha Arya) inviting her friend Jia (Jiah Khan) to spend the holidays with her at her home in Kerala. Ritu's parents Vijay (Amitabh Bachchan) and Amrita (Revathi) have created a perfect home and family set-up. Vijay is a photographer and Amrita is a homemaker.
But Jia has a dark past. Her mother lives alone in Australia and Jia studies in India. She initially professes some affinity to Vijay but it doesn't go much further than that until ... Vijay's world is turned upside down when he takes pictures of Jia watering herself down with the garden hose.
Something innocent grows into something bigger, and the something bigger grows into something beyond control.
Ritu witnesses an intimate moment between Vijay and hia and tries to get Jia out of the house without revealing the truth to her mother - but fails. Around this time, Amrita's brother Shridhar (Nassar) visits them.
Through a sequence of events, he uncovers the disturbing truth about Jia and Vijay which results in a chaos of betrayal and casualites.
