Smart MetersA smart meter is an electrical device that identifies consumption in more detail than a conventional meter, and then communicates that information back to a network for you to be billed.
Their electro-magnetic waves being similar to emissions from a cellphone tower, the meters’ radio transmissions have been associated with health risks. Or, is it all in the mind?
