Thursday 1 July 2010 Episode 569When Casey tells Meg that he's discovered The Liberty Corporation has been dumping more waste into the bay than the EPA allows, she is stunned to realise that she hasn't checked the reports in three weeks.
She promises that she will straighten it out. She calls Ben to tell him that they need to have a meeting right away. When
Ben reminds Maria that he had said that their situation wouldn't be perfect, she says that she and Meg are willing to put aside their differences, but he isn't sure if they'd be able to.
Monday 5 July 2010Episode 570After Cole arrives, he tells Caitlin that he is glad that Francesca is dead, because her death will give them a chance to get back together. She blurts out that she is divorcing him. Caitlin and Cole are arguing when the police arrive to search for the gun.
After the robber shoos Ricardo, he takes off. Maria runs to her brother to try to stop the bleeding while they wait for the ambulance.
Gabi and Antonio wonder how they were going to explain to Ricardo where they were all night. When Gabi suggests that they can tell Ricardo that they got snowed in helping a former parishioner, Antonio says that they are becoming good liars. Gabi tells Antonio how much Ricardo means to her.
Tuesday 6 July 2010 Episode 571When Gabi asks Antonio if he still loves her, he says that he's committed to the church. He goes on to say how easy it would be to give in to his feelings for her.
She says that she can't marry Ricardo knowing how she and Antonio feel about each other. She says that she had to tell Ricardo the truth, because Ricardo needs a woman who loves him with her whole heart and soul. He says that they'd tell him the truth together.
Casey gives Sara tickets to an Alanis Morrisette concert. When she suggests that she can take him out to dinner to thank him, he tells her that he has to see Meg. Sara tells him that his involvement in Meg's life has to stop.
Wednesday 7 July 2010 Episode 572Gregory is surprised when Olivia walks in while he is telling Rose that she is not going to be able to see Trey that day. Olivia tells Bette that she suspects that Gregory put the gun in her house to frame her, but that she doesn't have any proof.
Bette suggests that Olivia concentrate on figuring out who removed the gun from the house, rather than who hid it there. Olivia swears to Gregory that she'll raise Trey herself, away from Gregory's influence. Olivia says that since Gregory has won Caitlin to his side, she shouldn't fight him for Caitlin if he'd let her have their son.
Thursday 8 July 2010 Episode 573 Ben and Tess arrived. Benjy interrupts before Meg can tell him that he'd given her trouble, telling Ben that Meg had been mean to him.
Ben easily pieces together the facts of what happened between Benjy and Meg - that Benjy wanted to stay up, and he got angry with Meg for making him go back to bed. Tess takes Benjy up to bed. Tess apologizes to Meg for leaving Meg to handle Benjy alone.
She explains that it took a long time for Benjy to accept her putting him to bed, instead of Maria, and said that Benjy will accept her in time. Benjy asks Ben if he is going to send him away. Meg watches Ben reassuring him that nothing is going to separate them.
Monday 12 July 2010 Episode 574After sending Spence after the DA, Bette and Olivia practiced their story. Olivia worries that Caitlin might have planted the gun in her house to begin with, but Bette talks her out of it.
Caitlin tells Cole that she was in the process of planting the gun in his room when she was caught, so that once he'd been sent to prison, she'd never have to think about him again.
Cole insists that Caitlin is incapable of hating someone like she claimed to hate him and Francesca. Before Ruiz takes her down to book her, Caitlin left her wedding ring on the table.
Tuesday 13 July 2010 Episode 575Benjy told Maria that Meg didn't want him there. When she asked him why, he said that he wanted to stay up past his bedtime, but Meg wouldn't let him. Maria suggested to Ben and Meg that they set down some ground rules.
As Ben and Meg were about to leave for work, Maria said that she wanted to visit Ricardo in the hospital, so Ben offered to take Benjy to the office with them. Bette met Benjy for the first time.
Meg, out of sorts from watching Bette fawning over Benjy, told Casey that he'd just have to deal with his misgivings about the pollution that the Liberty Corporation did.
Wednesday 14 July 2010Episode 576Tess comes to pick up Benjy, and runs into Sara while she is there. When Sara asks what she is up to, Tess refuses to answer. Instead, she says that Tim tried to get her to explain herself to him, too.
Sara tells Tess that Meg is too trusting and that she needs to be protected once in a while. Casey tells Sara that they won't be able to go out for lunch with her, because his meeting with Meg has been postponed.
In light of Tess's presence, Casey doesn't tell her about Meg's concerns about Benjy. Meg tries to write off her concerns as being about the pollution problem, but Ben didn't believe it.
Thursday 15 July 2010 Episode 577When Annie wonders how she became so desperate to win Gregory's love, she imagines herself like a character in a soap opera. She fantasizes that she is a character in an old black and white soap opera.
At the end of the fantasy, Annie stops begging for Gregory's love and decides she is going to make it on her own. When Gregory returns home in real life, Annie tells him that he can go to Hell.
Maria comes to pick Benjy up and finds out that Meg has taken him out for ice cream.
Monday 19 July 2010 Episode 578When Sean presses her to tell him the whole story, she accuses him of conspiring with Gregory and Cole to clear her. Sean reminds her how they'd always been able to stand together through difficulties.
Caitlin admits that she found the gun in Cole's coat and confessed because she knew that Gregory would do anything he can to clear her name, but that he wouldn't do anything for Cole. She then says that she knows that Cole did it for her and Trey.
The DA caught Gabi trying to copy the inventory of Francesca's hotel room on the fax machine, and said that she was walking by the fax machine and saw a piece of paper in it, so she decided to send it.
Tuesday 20 July 2010 Episode 579Bette tells Gabi and Antonio that the code is a location in the Media Center's video library. Before she'd let them leave, Bette tries to make Gabi and Antonio promise to tell her if there is any good gossip on that tape.
Carmen apologizes to Ricardo for doubting Gabi. Ricardo is in the process of checking himself out - without Tyus' consent - when Bette accidentally tells him that she has been talking to Gabi and Ricardo about Caitlin's confession.
Wednesday 21 July 2010 Episode 580 Carmen refuses to give Maria the only help she can, because it was black magic. The name of the practitioner who can help her is Mrs. Moreau. Tess catches Meg in her room, and shows her the contents of the box.
When Sara faces off with Tess, Tess says that if Sara is happy in her own personal life, she wouldn't be coming after her. Meg tells Ben that she suspects that Tess wants him to end up with Maria.
After Meg and Sara go for a walk on the beach, Ben tells Tess that she needs to move out and start looking for another job.
Thursday 22 July 2010 Episode 581Casey interrupts Meg and Sara fighting about Meg's living situation with Ben, Benjy, Maria and Tess. After Meg leaves, Sara tells Casey that Meg has been snooping in Tess's room and blames her for it.
When Casey berates Sara for interfering in Meg's life, Sara asks why it is acceptable for him to interfere, but not for her. When he doesn't see where she is coming from, she tries to explain, but he doesn't see any similarity in their behaviour.
He asks if helping Meg is worth ruining what they have, and Sara says that she doesn't want to mess up what they have together.
Monday 26 July 2010 Episode 582 Cole says that he wishes he'd killed Francesca while he had the chance. He wonders who did kill her, considering the other suspects - AJ, Olivia, Gregory and Annie. He wonders if there is a way to find out if Annie is the killer.
When Annie wonders who killed Francesca, it occurs to her that it might have been Gregory. When he offers her a drink, she fantasized that it is poisoned, and says that she isn't in the mood for a drink and puts it to one side.
They discuss his assertion that Cole is the murderer. AJ arrives for a meeting - just when Olivia is scheduled to bring Trey back.
Tuesday 27 July 2010 Episode 583Cole asks Sean to listen in on Annie while she talks to herself to find out if she's the killer.
Gregory encourages Annie to look through the file - which is filled with blank pages. He tells her that he will take everything important out of his home office, and then he says that she is banned from the Media Center.
Sean listens in while she is talking to herself about whether Gregory is the killer, and if he'd kill her to keep her quiet. She fantasizes about Gregory being brought to her in chains and realises that if Gregory went to jail, she can keep everything.
Wednesday 28 July 2010 Episode 584After Tess leaves for her date with Tim, Maria calls Mrs. Moreau to tell her that she'll need to see her that night. When it turns out that Ben and Maria both have plans, they argue about what to do about Benjy.
Meg offers to watch Benjy for them, but they aren't enthusiastic about the idea. When Meg asks why they don't want her to watch Benjy, Ben reassures her that he just doesn't want her to be forced to spend time alone with his son until they'd get use to each other.
Maria leaves, accidentally leaving Mrs. Moreau's card on the table, and Ben picks it up and takes it with him.
Thursday 30 July 2010 Episode 585Ben brakes down the door to find that Maria isn't responding. Over Mrs. Moreau's objections, Ben wakes Maria, who tells him how desperate she is to regain her missing five years.
As Ben takes Maria from the room, Mrs. Moreau swears that there is something wrong with Maria and that she can fix it.
Tess sends Benjy from the room and lays into Meg for making Benjy cry. Meg explains about the kitten and Tess apologizes.
