The 2011 Cricket World Cup starts today (17 February), with the opening ceremony at Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on both SuperSport2 and SuperSportHD, from
14h00 to 16h00.
Over the course of the tournament the SuperSport channels will air all of the 49 games, with select matches on SuperSport HD. There will also be a daily update show, daily highlight shows and repeats of games.
Those who'll be commenting on the action include: Pommie Mbangwa, Robin Jackman, Kepler Wessels, Paul Adams, HD Ackerman, Ashwell Prince, Makhaya Ntini, Alviro Petersen, Neil McKenzie, Victor Mpitsang, Jeremy Fredericks, Shafiek Abrahams, Mluleki Nkala (Zimbabwe) and Kenyan roving reporter Kennedy Otieno.
