The search for classy actors for Class Act 2 begins next week, with the first auditions starting in Cape Town.
The series premieres on SABC1 on Saturday, 23 April and has been running
training workshops round the country in the build-up to the auditions.
The workshops end in Jozi this Sunday (27 February), then the auditions begin. Here's everything you need to know to enter:
Audition Must-Knows
The auditions start at 09h00 daily but you're advised to get there as early as possible.
You need to be 18 or older to enter. You need to take along your ID book or your drivers license.
The auditions are open to guys and gals.
If you get a callback card on the first day, you'll need to return the following day to perform again.
What you need to doYou need to prepare a minute-long acting monologue to perform for the judges.
It can be anything of your choice or you can use one of the scripts provided by the show.

You need to set the scene for the judges before you start your performance i.e. introduce the piece you're doing, your character and describe where it takes place. Use this as an opportunity for them to get to know you.
