Morning Purhase.

After last night's presentation, Jangu started wanted to start with her emotional tendencies but cheered them up. Karen is serious about sharing her money with other housemates if she wins.

From BB fan site
An insider from the production crew confessed that votes for sharon zero are pouring in like no mans business. He further says that Sharon Zero might shock africa on sunday. Karen is in the lead followed closely by Luclay. This is meant to be a secret but i think i cant kip it anymore. we need to intensify our voting of course for our fav peeps. I have increased my voting times from once after every three hours to hourly. Alarms have been installed in the toilets, T.V room, Kitchen. bedroom, passages, chicken run, Laundry room and kids think mummy is going mad I need to see my favs emerge winners

this is from Lindakie

Comrades we will not be fazed by this, lets keep voting, am a maniac smsing at the grocery store, in between applying lotion, coffee, work yonke into

@Tazteeq Housemates wagered 100 percent for their Nostalgia Week Task and impressed Big Brother in executing Tasks that reminded them of all previous ones.

They excelled in carrying out the Tasks and each won themselves luxury holidays, courtesy of wakanow.com.

Throughout the Amplified season, Housemates have showed creativity, energy and enthusiasm that resulted in victories and losses during Tasks, but mostly victories.

Big Brother told them that, though winning is great, it is taking part that counts.

Once the Task judgement was announced, Housemates rushed to the Store Room and had luxuries that included alcohol; thereafter they watched film of all Tasks they performed.

Thank You Wakanow!

@Tazteeq.....Housemates had a task where they were asked to describe their dream holiday. They had to pick a theme to go with. eg Leisure, Adventure, Cultural etc

I know Luclay said he would like to take his whole family to Sun City, Karen chose Cape Town, Sharon O chose New York. I can't remember what the others chose

If Sharon Zero grabs the East African vote,Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, (but not Ethiopia because they'll probably go for Hanni) and manages to steal the Zambian vote.  You have a shock winner folks, at either of the Otonos' expense.

Morning addicts. I was wondering why does the Namibian vote always go to Wendall, now the secret is out. There is a group of 50 Zimbabwean students on campus who call themselves midnight shift, all they do is voting between 00h00-06h00 while everybody is sleeping.

 If u do the math its 7hours x 100 smses per hour= 700 vote per person. 700 votes x 50 people= 35 000 votes in 7 hours only. 35000 x 7days= 245 000 votes from 50 people only,

then you add the mxit votes, web votes and the people voting during the day. Please people lets learn from them and vote for those who really deserve to win. Lets try to sunrise for this 2 days left. Please tell the others

tozie
29 Jul 2011 11:54

Its so sad.......its good to meet but its painfull to apart its painfull......I know cause these people were the part of us for three months and they entertained us especial the tails housemates...........and as I am writing now tears are gushing rolling down in my chicks...its so sad

Hovito
29 Jul 2011 12:10

Lindakie, thats nonsense. Namibia only has one vote so all their efforts are useless. Maybe they helped Wendall out against Kim, but other than that, he'll get at most 2 country votes in the final which isn't enough to win the money.

princess1
29 Jul 2011 12:15

@Thanks for letting us know Linda.

@Tozie...seeing Lucy hugging h/m last night telling them that they may have their differences but he loves them, made me feel like the Jangu one.

If Lucy doesnt win im gonna be crying an ocean #Kim tendencies.

princess1
29 Jul 2011 12:23

@Hovito....You dont understand what Linda is saying.

tozie
29 Jul 2011 12:25

Lucy is going to WIN AND FULL STOP

princess1
29 Jul 2011 12:25

If let's say Lomwe gets 200 votes & Wendall 300 (Namibia), then Wendall will have a country vote.

Lindakie
29 Jul 2011 12:38

Its my pleasure Princess and thanx for eplaining it to Hovito.
Lol @ Hovito do not be shocked if a housemate wins on Sunday  just by 1%. You might think Luclay and Karen are popular but while their fans are sleeping at night, the other housemates's fans are voting hard because they know tha their housemates are not popular.
Like i posted here yesterday Sharon O's votes are pouring in like nobody's business because of East Africa. Do not be shocked if Sharon O wins on Sunday.

You do not need to believe anything I write but it should encourage you to vote harder to avoid the shock of last year when Munya lost even though we knew that he was going to win. Lets sleep less and vote to the fullest.

Poundy
29 Jul 2011 12:40

Hi Guys....this is the last friday....im going to miss all of you...lets keep voting for our Luclay pls

Tanzania for Wendall, they have been voting for Zimbos since Munyas time.
Me for Clayton

Hovito
29 Jul 2011 13:15

Princess I understand what Lindakie is saying, what I'm saying is those guys will only help Wendall get Namibias vote. Namibias vote is not enough to get the victory for Wendall. What about all the countries that don't like Wendall. Wendall = Zimbabwe and Namibia. Thats it.

maddie
29 Jul 2011 13:16

@ lindakie

am copying ur comments and sending them to friends so they don't relax, even posted them on sowetan live

all my facebook friends are on it too, they'r telling their friends as well to vote so IT'S WAR NO RELAXING UNTIL SUNDAY

Gyan
29 Jul 2011 13:19

@Lindakie...please please please do not say that again. Sharon O is not going to win this thing. Just you saying it makes my stomach turn. There is no way in hell Ms Jangu Jangu can win this. I know its possible but please let us not say it...
Yhooooo...can u imagine...It's just not something I can dzeal with...I have my 2 winners and no one is gonna ride on their backs and expect t....nxaaa I cant even finish.

Big Brother better bend the rules they've done it b4 numbers shld count dis tym if they don't want us 2 boycott this show

Lindakie
29 Jul 2011 13:27

@ Hovito the Namibian vote should not go to Wendall, it should go to Luclay coz he need atlist 4 countries to be safe. If Wendall gets Namibia's vote then he will win coz I know that Zambia and Tanzania might be voting him.

Lindakie
29 Jul 2011 13:44

@ Maddie no problem its a good idea we should not relax this weekend.
@ Gyan thats why im encouraging people to vote for Karen or Luclay coz just the thought of Sharon O winning makes me sick. Just praying so that she does not get Tanzania's vote. Im making sure that Wendall will not get Namibia's vote either.

THIS IS IN TODAY'S THE NAMIBIAN NEWSAPAPER
1. Eddie wants Luclay and Karen to win
2. Erastus wants Karen and Luclay to win ( i never new that they were friends, Erastus said Luclay is his buddy)
3. Lucille wants Luclay and Karen to win
4. Rene want Wendall and Karen to win
5. Bernie wants Karen and Lomwe to win
6. Jossy have a strong feeling Karen will win, but want Luclay and Lomwe to win

Mrs Chix
29 Jul 2011 13:46

Lindakie, thank you l have tried to explain to pple that, Zambia has always been loyal to Zimbo, and Tanzania too,but someone here asked "Mrs Chix which BBA are you watching?" So it wont be suprising that Bore might get 4 country votes, thats why we need to as much as we can so that if the percetage issue is going to come in, our percentage will high.

Gyan
29 Jul 2011 13:52

Guys you are making me so nervous with your predictions, I'm in the brink of screaming. I dont think I'll even be able to watch this Sunday...there's just too much at stake...

Lindakie
29 Jul 2011 14:09

@ Mrs Chix thats what im trying to tell the people here, the competition is between Karen, Sharo O, Luclay and Wendall. I n order to avoid this suprises on Sunday lets vote hard and tell your friends in other countries to vote. I have a feeling the 2nd winner will be determined by percentages. If Luclay does not get Namibia's vote, atlist Karen should get it.

From BB official site.
Meanwhile, the current season of Big Brother Amplified has already set new records for voting, thanks to ongoing audience participation. Last week, over 1.4 million votes were logged, the highest of any Big Brother Africa voting period. In addition, this current season has already achieved the highest cumulative total of any Big Brother edition, a total of 6.3 million votes. With voting for the final now well underway, total vote numbers look set for a new record.

O.M.G.!!!!! Voting from what to what hour? Spending how much money on sms charges? Just to make Multichoice even more insanely rich, and not to even mention the wealth increase for the cellular network providers. For what? To make sure that someone, that I don't even know, can get U$200,000?

No effing way. It is one thing to enjoy a show, and vote once or twice. But the level of voting that some of you guys are campaigning for is ludicrous.

If I would ever find myself doing that, getting so obsessed, I would hope that my family would get me some help. Psychiatric help. And then some financial counselling.

I have voted twice every week for my favorites. Would not even have done so if I was not lusting after that Galaxy tab.

I can’t believe that people are actually spending some serious money on voting. Like mjj (what happened to him?) would have said, let me go and Pray.

29 Jul 2011 14:29

how about if biggie changes the way he does the final... this would be my proposal:

call all the finalists to the stage and ask them any questions that he may wish. biggie would then give us country votes alphabetically BUT not at the same time. IK would mentioned Angola and goes Angola's vote goes to ............. karen (as an example) and then we move to something else (more interviews, music or dancers). at this moment karen will have one vote and the rest 0s and the suspense would increase

maddie
29 Jul 2011 14:42

it's still a numbers game bathong biggie introduced the country thing cos he felt Nigerian hsmates were at an advantage bcos of the population

@wsg

that's what i told myself this year, it's an addiction will get therapy after Sunday

An interested article about Sharon O from the BBA website: If you have no idea about what I am talking about, let me remind you that your vote could have the history books rewritten with Sharon Salmon Nalukenge becoming the sixth winner of Big Brother Amplified. So, start texting or voting online at http://bigbrotherafrica.dstv.com/Vote. Forget the fact that there has hardly been anything ‘Amplified’ about Sharon; apart from her body, there has not been anything to write home about. And she has not been alone. Look at Wendall; he too thrived on his well-built body. Then the hottest girl in the house, Ethiopia’s Hanni too relied on her looks. And I must say the argument of who is hotter will go on until next season, but my money will always be on Hanni on any given Sunday. Before we start delving into what she should have done to stand a bigger chance and if she would walk out on the father of her child, Ronnie Mulindwa, if she is one of the winners of the $200,000 jackpot, let me respond to what many of you have been asking: who is Sharon and what is her claim to fame? The 25-year-old is the second born of six (two boys, four girls). She is daughter to Rebecca Sebuyira, who works with Bank of Uganda, and Joe Salmon, a retired pilot of Scottish and African descent. Nalukenge went to Lohana Academy Primary School, Agha Khan High and Mariam High before joining Makerere University, where she graduated with a diploma in Computer Science. All she needed to be popular was look good and this fascinated the Obsessions founder Ronnie Mulindwa who started dating her when she was only 15. Both their families were close, which perhaps explains why there were no questions asked. At the time she joined the group in 2004, it was mainly dominated by boys with the girls in the background but Nalukenge being Mulindwa’s ‘trophy girlfriend’ as many of his friends said, she slowly made her ranks as the group’s lead singer and actress. Like many relationships, Nalukenge and Mulindwa’s has seen some rough waters. Mulindwa even fathered a kid with another woman. But the two patched things up and had a baby, Lisbon Sydney Mulindwa, now two. Though the group which has since been turned into a girl thing fits the description of a sinking ship, Sharon’s stunt in the Big Brother Africa house is bound to breathe life back into it. Sheba Karungi, a former group member who went solo and is close friends with Nalukenge notes: “Sharon may be reserved and proud but she can turn things around and I’m sure Obsessions will be back very strong.” So, thanks Nalukenge for making it all the way to the end and making Uganda proud.
