Survivor's back on a blitz after last week's recap and headed towards the merge. Without schmodel Sydney.
I was very pleased she got snuffed last night. If you're going to put your entire future into the hands of a man - especially a two-timing punk like Joe - then you deserve to get eliminated.
Of course the added bonus of it all was that Taj remains safe - after too many nailbiting moments where it seemed she was in the danger-zone
bigtime. The fact that she managed to hang on was a major score for chickdom.
This morning's Survivor Xtra celebrated Women's Day by looking at the war of the sexes going on in the show. Who's got the most power? The women or the men?
Our Survivor luving guest this week: Vage Evetts, a Figure Skating
Coach. Ha! As you can imagine she had a
lot to say about Coach and his psychosis and expressed concern that the women are at the mercy of the men.
We also chatted about the Most Memorable Women on Survivor across seasons and were joined by Liezel for the insert to smother Ewan in feminism.
Here's a clip of the insert if you missed it, with behind-the-scenes pic'aroos ...
Vage warming her lips in make-up with make-up guru Jane-Ann.
Flash fact on Expresso's make-up team: they get up at 03h00 every morning.
5,4,3,1, ... into action on the Survivor set that blows my hair back like you can't believe.
Vage in her Survivor'esque opening credit pose she'd do if she were on Survivor.
The close-up, million buck shot.
