It's nearly the end of the year, and it's the time we reflect on the best and worst of 2011 South African television. These are awards for our television personalities. Below are the categories, and everybody is allowed to submit only ONE NOMINEE PER CATEGORY. Here are the categories:
- Best Soapie Actor/Actress of the Year
- Best Drama Actor/Actress of the Year
- Best Comedy/Sitcom Personality of the Year (actors/actresses and presenters in a comedy/sitcom)
- Best Advertisement Personality of the Year (anyone who appears in an advertisement)
- Best Talk Show Presenter of the Year
- Best Reality Show Personality of the Year (stars and presenters)
- Best Magazine Show Presenter of the Year
- Best Actuality Show Presenter of the Year
- Worst Actor/Actress of the Year (any genre, as long as they are an actor/actress at that particular show)
- Worst Presenter of the Year (any genre, as long as they are a presenter at that particular show)
You are only nominating/voting for LOCAL PEOPLE. If you have categories that you think should be included here, please comment with the category name and your choice of nominee, and depending on how many people suggested that category we will then include it above. The last day to submit nominees is on the 3rd (this Saturday). On the 5th the persons with the most amount of votes/nominations will be announced as the winners. Remember, a person can be nominated twice, for example if they acted in a drama and a soapie that was broadcast this year, or they presented and acted on different shows.
