Hi guys,

So rick has to go back he wont go back to that place serves him right for stopping his pills.

Shame Dylan was shot. I doubt vince and bonita will get back together he is selling the house that is kinda final. Shame pity.

I think marko's idea is good the laan needs a lekker little place to chill out in the sunshine in the evenings after work.

Cant wait for the dance competition.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news...but Neville does die on the 25th October and his funeral will take place on the 29th. He has left the show and his character has been killed off...sad but true:(

As for the rest of 7de Laan...they really need some new talent, and some of the characters need make-overs, they starting to look out dated and boring! Tired of the same old story lines, definitely need fresh stuff and new characters. Still enjoy Paula though, everyone else is forgetable!

So sad about Neville... 7delaan definitely needs new everything. From their lounges/kitchens to coffee shops. I can't even understand how "buyers" spot beautiful items in Eclectic E. Its so unappealing. As for Emma's dresses i got no comment.

October 25th is going to be a sad day for the people in 7de Laan when one of their most loved characters gets bad news on the passing of a loved one.

the 7de Laan is saying goodbye to Neville Meintjies. According to spoilers, Charmaine hears of his death on the 25th of October. His funeral takes place on 29 October. See spoilers .
Neville’s last storyline is set to involve espionage, intrigue and cloak and dagger stuff.

Lilian Bala is set to return for the funeral. Spoilers for further down the road indicates that Charmaine neglects Oppiekoffie – understandably.

Neville dying will have a huge impact on lots of characters and storylines – affecting Charmaine, Vanessa, Vince and Xander, and the Hillside Times.

especially miss his relationship with Paula – as one of my favourite non-romantic relationships in 7de laan is the one between Paula and Neville.

I agree with @Itsjustme, I love the Paula/Neville stories... it's fun and light-hearted.
I just wish Neville didn't have to die... at least he goes out with a BANG!

May I request the the writer/s of "7de Laan" tone down on Paula's superficial character? Since her wedding she took a much more materialistic turn. I believe this puts women in a shallow light. Diaan's character lacks depth, what about caring for the planet, being a little more spiritual, perhaps more compasionate or at least a little more serious? "7de Laan" is a wonderful soapie, but please, let's consider this - there are more to life (and perhaps the hereafter) than consumerism and materialism (manis and pedis.) Are soapies to reflect only on the obvious and immediate aspects (which includes crime) of our daily lives and nothing more? These are'nt the only things everyday life is all about. Talk about fast food for the brain.

i thot as much, coz the way she is treating him its as if she owes him a great deal, so far they have not shown us any suspecting quad 5 member, except for that dean lovvitt whom she claims is one of them. i think dean was killed by her gang when he was on his way to tell nellie that the lady is actually from the 5555,

Sorry I've been so quiet.

Sifiso must realise not everything is just about girls... he has to learn to work for what he wants.
Poor Neville as if the stress of this whole Quad 5 isn't enough, now everyone thinks he's cheating on Charmaine...
You guys made me think... what if it actually is Elna that's behind this whole Quad 5 thing...?? Just think about it... she's been involved much londer, so how is it that she's not getting threatening phone calls and so on...? Where there's smoke, there's fire... Whether Neville dies tonight or goes into Witness Protection, we're still going to experience the Laan's loss.

The dance competition's going to be good. Some real talented dancers entering. Don't know when it's going to show yet. The competition will help take their minds off of Neville's passing...

Pieter must just take a chill pill and support Annelie. She supported him when he went to London (until they broke up of course hehehe).

I must say, I like this fuss Marcel is making around her book lol

@MS, sorry to hear about your accident... Did you get hurt?? Is everything sorted with your car at least?

I also agree that pieter is being unfair annelie supported him why cant he do the same this is a wonderful opportunity for her to make something of herself.

@allyv I wasnt hurt in the accident it is just a pain in the butt all the paper work involved I had to get two quotes go the police station and fill in a stack of forms for my insurance, and I have to pay excess even although it wasnt my fault but my insurance will try get it back but only in three months I cant afford this right now. Car went in this morning to be fixed will take a week, at least I got a curtesy car.

I wonder....We did not actually see Neville die...Will he even be at his own funeral...will we see his body in the coffin? or is it in deed that they put him in a witness protection plan and make everyone think he is gone. Whichever way it turns out, it's sad how me must end our hard workdays with such depressing stories top top it off with. I mean, come on, don't we have enough negativity in the world? Oh well, unless we actually see Neville's body in his coffin the storyline would be open for him to return later after this Quad nonsense has blown over... Perhaps Neville has retired from the show or needs a well deserved vacation, lol
