If you're anything like me you'll have spent lots of happy moments wondering how Arrow hottie Stephen Amell got his six-pack and surrounding booty.
I've been researching i.e. scrutinizing lots of photos of him and discovered that it's a combo of three key things: gym (obviously) - weight training etc, archery and Parkour.
In case you aren't familiar with it, parkour's a sport that uses obstacles in the environment as the inspiration for crazy moves. It's also a sub culture - people who do it are
very into it - which I discovered when I tried it.
A couple of years ago I was invited to pull some parkour moves with a parkour group based in Gauteng and it was mad fun. I almost killed myself when I tried to pull a move round the steel handle of a flight of steps but it was definitely worth it for the rush.
It makes perfect sense that Stephen would do it for the role - it's the ideal workout for the flying, jumping and climbing he needs to do on the show.
