e.tv launches a second season of celebrity talk show, ScreenTime with Nicky Greenwall
TX: Monday, 7 January at 8:30PM
After a successful season one, ScreenTime with Nicky Greenwall will be back for a second season with a whole new crop of celebrities ready to “tell it like it is” on e.tv every Monday, from 7 January at 8:30PM.
Kelly Khumalo apologised for hitting Khanyi Mbau, Bonang Matheba admitted that she posed for a mens’ magazine to get the attention of “white” audiences and rapper Slikour attacked a well-known journalist for miss-quoting him.
These are just some of the many memorable moments that helped make ScreenTime with Nicky Greenwall one of the most watched talk shows on South African television in 2012.
“People trust Nicky to get their story straight. She’s not the enemy, but she’s also brave enough to ask the questions audiences want the answers to. When a celebrity wants to set the record straight they come to Nicky,” says the show’s director Tinet Crous.
Among the celebrities expected to appear in the new season are rappers AKA, Khuli Chana and Spoek Mathambo, comedians David Kau and Loyiso Gola, model Lerato Moloi, rocker Kahn Morbee and TV presenters Pearl Thusi, Minnie Dlamini and Boitumelo Thulo.
“It’s always challenging juggling the responsibilities of motherhood with my work, but I’m really energised by the team around me. I’m honoured to be back with a new season and I look forward to giving audiences a fresh perspective on local celebrity culture,” says Greenwall.
ScreenTime With Nicky Greenwall starts on Monday 7th January 2013 at 8:30pm and runs for 13 episodes.
Nicky recently announced that she and 20Management Model agency boss Robin Fryer are expecting their second child. The couple’s daughter Georgina Fryer was born on the 28th September 2011.
