23 July will mark two years since the tragic passing of British soul singer-songwriter. The singer's official cause of death was believed to be accidental alcohol poisoning, but her brother begs to differ.
Amy's elder brother, Alex, believes it was bulimia that killed his sister, not her infamous drug and alcohol problem.
He told The Observer that when she was 17 she hung out with girls her own age who "were all doing it. They'd put loads of rich sauces on their food, scarf it down and throw it up. They stopped doing it, but Amy never did."
Alex openly admitted that the family knew, but it was a dark and sensitive issue.
The Amy Winehouse Founadation which was set up to honour her memory donated money to eating disorder charity called Beat.
