My prediction for new storylines is certainly happening. There's been so much going on in Bold I thought I'd fill you in on what's happening ...
Brooke returned unexpectedly from her honeymoon when she found out that Katie had prematurely delivered her baby and went through such trauma. However it was a different story when Katie said she was fine and told Brooke she should go back and enjoy the rest of her honeymoon - (then the bomb dropped!)
A heartbroken Brooke said she wasn’t going back and Ridge wouldn’t be returning yet - It seems that the couple aren’t even making their honeymoon this time!
It surprised me, as I suppose some of you as well, that this would be the way Ridge leaves the show - I imagined something tragic would have happened to him while on honeymoon, like a heart attack. However, he hasn’t had one - we may very well see him again, who knows ... there might even be another wedding?? (help!)
Donna walked in on Katie confronting Bill about the part he played in disrupting Hope & Liam’s wedding. A shocked Donna ran out to find Hope to tell her what had actually happened. Donna couldn't find her but eventually found a garden cottage - she peeped through the window and was horrified to see Liam and Steffy in a very compromising position.
Donna decided not to say anything to Hope about the Bill & Deacon saga or Liam with Steffy, she was determined to encourage Hope to start a new life for herself - as her life would never be free of Steffy if she married Liam.
Rick was so sure of becoming CEO of Forrester Creations (he thought he was the most entitled to the position being Eric’s son and having a lot of experience).
Eric said he was waiting to hear from Ridge who he was going to appoint as CEO until his return - he chose Thomas. I would have too. I would have chosen Rick previously but after his betrayal to Hope and Liam he doesn't deserve it.
Rick did all he could to get Caroline back from Thomas, even by partly bribing her by having made up some of her designs. An argument broke out between Rick and Thomas, Thomas pushed Rick who went flying through the window.
Fortunately (or unfortunately) Rick was not hurt too badly - Caroline fussed around him and was very angry with Thomas . It seems Thomas has definitely lost Caroline.
Rick tells Caroline that he will be CEO and she will be by his side.
On the ex-honeymoon front ... Brooke & Ridge were having a wonderful time until Ridge found that Brooke and Deacon had been texting each other. Brook first denied that she had any contact with him. Ridge said she had lied to him for the last time and he's finished with her.
She then admitted that Deacon had texted her and wanted to be a part of Hope's life. Ridge asked her why she never told him about it, she replied that she didn’t want to spoil the wonderful time they were having. Should she have told him or not? I understand why she didn't but she should have.
