@Mrs Chix I think so too. When I saw the clip yesterday I was so underwhelmed by the "slap". Maybe it's Mbali's lack of remorse that made biggie decide to disqualify Mbali. He didn't seem apologetic at all.

Lexi was a bit offish with Iris's arrival, cant wait to see how these two will get along. Speaking of Lexi that girl is cray cray, the way she insulted Mandla on Sat i was shocked for days.

Somehow i dont trust Kat's welcome to Iris, seems she is already strategising aginst being voted out.

STOLEN::::::::::::

The morning has been an eventful one in the House. First the spicy Samba routine, followed by some hot showers and then, the surprising site of Kgosi and MK ironing. At least these boys are keeping it fresh, in more ways than one.

Kgosi definitely had love on his mind as he could not stop grilling MK about his love life on the outside, after telling him that he is in fact single, Kgosi made the remark that if he could play soccer then he should go for Iris as that's 'just her type'.

There is no denying that Iris has certainly been more of a hit with the guys than the ladies of the main House but the way things have been evolving, it is only a matter of time before she pairs off with someone. MK is putting in more effort since she arrived, donning a powder blue shirt and Chino's at 8:30 am. Dressed to impress Iris perhaps?

The guys are all excited about her entrance into the House so it is only a matter of time before one of them meets her eye and makes his move.

09:45 MK, Sol and Mandla chat about South African history in the bedroom.

09:19 All the ladies are called into the Diary room one by one to divulge their 'Secret' to Biggie.

09:05 Vanessa gets called to the Diary room.

08:51 Kgosi jokes with MK while they are prepping and ironing for the day, saying that if he can play soccer then he must go for Iris.

08:20 As the exercise session finishes, the Housemates begin to get ready for the day, starting with some steamy showers. Iris still faces some animosity from the ladies.

08:00 The ousted Chambermates had an early morning on Kaya Fm with the gorgeous Kuli Roberts.

News: A luke warm welcome

Only moments after her glorious entrance into the House and it was as if Iris had reunited with a long lost love. The faucet was switched on as Iris sprung forth and held very little back about her life, loves and her time in the Chamber.

An unassuming Iris was the source of entertainment, especially for the guys, as she told tale after tale of her party-animal ways on the outside, her precious baby, her baby’s daddy, even revealing that she’s dated a good many soccer player. Isn’t this one of the girls Iris>Secret that the guys have to figure out?

In all her chattiness a protective Kat pulled her aside and led her upstairs to help her ‘unpack’. Kat seemed to have taken a liking to Iris and expressed that she had been the only of the Housemates who was genuinely glad to see her walk through the door. The others, mostly the girls didn’t quite share in Kat’s glee.

Kat took on sisterly role with the newbie taking her through the ropes and warning Iris that she shouldn’t be so entrusting of the Housemates. Iris hung on her every word and found out that most of the Housemates viewed her as all fluff and no substance.

Kat protects Iris

Iris told Kat that she felt her welcome was luke warm confessing that she sensed more people disliked her than not. The new Housemate reassured Kat that she was showing people what she wanted them to see.

11:30 HoH Mzamo selects his team;
Loko, Poolie, MK, Mandla, Lexi, Kat and Lola.

"Sol I need you to lose so I'm not going to choose you," Mzamo says as the selection continues. The rest of the Housemates are in the second team.

11:18 The Housemates also have an Individual Immunity Shoot-out Challenge where one guy and one girl will shoot for their Immunity from this week's Nominations as well as from the HoH Save and Replace. HoH Mzamo and House newbie Iris have automatic Immunity. "Thank you Biggie for redeeming me from cramping my style," Mzamo shouts.

11:15 The Housemates get ready for today's soccer Arena Games.

10:30 Kat tells Mandla a story about an abusive boyfriend who didn't want to let her go.

Arena Games: Immunity

So the Housemates have made it clear that they are beyond excited for today's Arena Game, especially the boys who could barely hide their enthusiasm.Sol has even been putting knees to chest in an attempt to prematurely warm up. Let us shed some light on how it will all go down.

In the arena today, the Housemates will go head to head in a Big Brother Mzansi style football match. The HoH will have to choose a team of 7 people and balance the genders as far as possible. This will form team A and the rest will add up to team B.

The soccer match will be 20 minutes per half and Mzamo (who is HoH) will choose which half his team will stat playing from. Mzamo thanked his lucky stars because him and Iris do not have to take part as they both have immunity.

The importance of this match is that the end there will be an individual immunity challenge where one of the goals will be transformed into a shootout wall with one hole in it. One at a time the Housemates must kick the ball from the designated kicking spot and try to get it through that hole. The one who gets it through will win immunity. If there is a tie between the Housemates, there will be a 2nd round where the winner will be revealed. The challenge will have 2 winners, one boy and one girl. Housemates will split themselves into the two genders and and compete one at a time in their respective genders.

May the best man (or woman) win!

13:50 Lola wins the penalty shootout, injured foot and all. That means Lola and Jase are Immune from possible Eviction this week.

13:45 Lola and Lexi finally score a goal each and it's time for them to go head to head. Lexi starts it off with a shibobo but Lola will not go down either!

13:40 From the halfway line, all the girls sailed through and Biggie pushed them further afield and none of them has scored.

13:33 After what seemed like forever, Biggie decides to change the game slightly for the girls. "All the girls move to the halfway line and attempt to score a goal one at a time. Big Brother's Ninja will be at the posts but will not attempt to block the ball. Whoever scores a goal, wins Individual Immunity."

13:20 Poolie also scores one shot but it's Jase that wins Immunity from this week's Nominations. It's time for the girls to go for it.

13:15 The guys go first in the penalty shootout. It's the best of five shots and Jase becomes the first of the guys to score one shot.

13:00 The underdogs, Team B, win the Arena Games and the Housemates get ready for the Individual Immunity Challenge penalty shootout.

12:30 Kat sustains an injury in the thick of things as the soccer games continue. Big Brother announces that Kat will sit the second half out as well as Poolie.

14:50 The guys chat briefly about the girls' Secrets and the conversation quickly changes to the pending Nominations. There's a lot of confusion!

14:35 In the Man Cave, MK says the guys must form a united front in dealing with their issues in the House. "I don't want to see any of you guys fighting against each other," he says.

14:30 Biggie calls the guys outside and it's time for them to retreat to the Man Cave. MK is immediately inclined to chair the 'meeting'.

14:20 Once back in the House, Kat continues being hospitable towards Iris. She offers her something to drink and asks her how she's settling in.
