Hello uhdikts. I have newly-found respect for Mzamo and Mk...and I don't like Lexi anymore. Mzamo told her during the confrontation yesterday that she was disrespectful to Iris and the reason was because she was a threat to her's and Mandla's relationship. He told her that she has said rude things about Iris but he has never heard Iris disrespecting her

Iris told Lexie that she has no feelings for Mandla and if they have relationship issues, they should solve them and leave her out!

Kat told Lexie that she has been rude to Iris from the word go, and the reason Iris was not talking to her was because she was reacting to the attitude she was served. Kat spoke some sense

Mk told the housemates that everybody deserved to be respected, no matter what. He also told them to stop fueling the tension and just mind their own business. An example being Lexie interfering when Lola tried to help wet Iris by offering her a gown.Loko agreed and told Lexie she had no business interfering and should just not interfere when housemates communicate with Iris

Mandla agreed with what Kat said. He said Lexie had been mean, rude and disrespectful towards Iris from the first day and that was not fair. Iris said she was reacting to Lexie's attitude and told her that she hated her and doesn't want to be around her

Loko told the housemates that Iris was not a talker as language was her barrier but Lexie, on the other hand, had no problem voicing her opinions. That also contributed to the tension... Kgosi told them that as a former chambermate, he knows that Iris reacts with actions because she is not a talker so they should be careful, not that she is violent, but they should keep in mind that a person who struggles to vocally express him/herself will do so in other ways

Even though everybody agreed that Lexie was a problem and even gave examples, she refused to see reason. But I'm glad that the truth came out. She even said the fact that she was outspoken was being used against her - which I think is true - but that should teach her to then be careful who she talks to

The way forward is for Lexie and Iris to avoid each other. Biggie also asked Mzamo to tell the idiotz not to talk about the tension, to not fuel it and to leave the two ladies alone

Morning and Thanks @Tshd21 i missed Kats' contribution to the situation and glad she spoke sense and stood up for her friend.....Mzamo killed it,he was on point.

@Boni11 hahahhaha yep true that,Lexi didn't see Iris' response coming. She was so surprised and gutted.

Observing the looming danger and potential for conflict, a concerned Biggie, in an effort towards resolve, suggested that all the Housemates sit down, have a deep talk and find an amicable way forward. After reprimanding the collective with an explicit focus on Iris and Lexi, the belligerent bunch were warned against fuelling any sort of fires and advised to steer clear from prejudice.

The common sense was that respect amongst the Housemates had been the baby thrown out with the bathwater and urgently needed to be restored. So the floor was open for a discussion where Iris, Lexi and others could iron out their differences.

Queen-of-real Lexi was first up. She expressed that she didn’t feel the need to make an effort with Iris because she would never do so on the outside citing that she didn’t feel a connection with her. Mzamo pointed the root cause of all the tension in the direction of the embattled Mandlexi and alleged that Lexi felt threatened by Iris, whether she cared to admit to it or not.

Iris’ spat venom and retorted that she hated Lexi from the bottom of her broken heart. Who knew such heavy words could come out of her pretty little mouth? Had she felt that deeply towards Lexi?

In separate Diary Sessions with Biggie a teary Iris confessed to having lost some of her spark since she came into the House and an equally red-faced Lexi said she didn’t expect Biggie’s warning to be so public.

The warring pair were given time off to cool their jets.

The claws are out and Lexi is ready to play. If dropping her “I’m not here for violence, but if you push me, I’ll do it” speech isn't enough to convince you, then maybe her “I feel like I've been placed in a box with people that are not on my level” gem will.

The House meeting initiated by Big Brother last night, saw Lexi going in for the kill and aside from tearing Iris apart, she insinuated (without batting an eyelid even) that her fellow Housemates are intimidated by her body and personality. No one said so much as a peep, but we’re convinced statements like this one will alienate Lexi, sooner than later. She says she’s “real” but could she be rubbing everyone else up the wrong way? With Nominations a couple of days away, we think she could be digging her own grave and needs to tread carefully.

Thando on the other hand is in danger and could be next on Lexi’s hit list. After a tearful speech in the bedroom, Lexi told Loko and Vanessa “Thando has changed”. Those gossip sessions with Lola have clearly not gone unnoticed. Lola, on the other hand, could be caught in the crossfire and if she’s Thando’s friend, then she’ll probably hear from Lexi soon. Well, that’s if the counselling Biggie has offered her and Iris isn't effective. What we are under no illusions about is how catastrophic a Mandla and Iris hook up would be. We’re sure Lexi would cut up his shirts, if he owned any.

Vanessa, who is as opinionated and bull-headed as they come, could not resist a dig at Kat. “Please be communal with the products that are meant for all of us, thanks. I’m referring to you Kat,” she spat, while everyone looked on quietly. Her brash demeanour was on full display again in the garden a little later during her team’s Task preparations. Jase and Sol looked dumbfounded as Vannesa shut down all of their suggestions, in favour of her own. She’s not afraid to speak her mind, but relinquishing a bit of control never hurt anyone.

Lastly at the break of midnight a traumatised Lola expressed to Loko that she wasnt comfortable with sleeping in the same bed as MK. She felt that, with her boyfriend and family watching on the outside, she wouldn’t be able to go on like this. This all brought back the question of whether she had it in her to be in the Big Brother Mzansi House and play the game, which of course then brought the delicate red-head to tears once again.

I was never ready for that confrontation:

Lexi is just full on nonsense and im glad everyone saw that. She thought she could sh*t on Iris and she would have to take it. I also dont get her explanations but the fact that she does not care about the million on anyone else, why is she in the house then? What is real aout looking down on people, what make her better vele? The things she was saying thou, she would shut the door in Iris' face, she does not get what "you people" say when you talk....aowa that girl is cray cray

Iris is an emotional person, I dont think she mane hate thou i just think she was angry and it came out wrong. I feel for her but part of me feels its pay back for the Mbali situation but she will be fine shem.

I applaude Mzamo cause i think he set the tone of the meeting, all the others have been entertaining Lexi's behaviour and no one has told her exactly where to get off. Im glad Kat said something about the situation it would have suprised me had she kept quiet because she observed this from day 1.

Im slowly starting to give up on Mandla i dont know what hold Lexi has over him. Thando and Lola are just pure gossipers and instigators who dont have a back bone (they are as insignificant as Poolie and Jase LOL) . Vanessa is confusing to me, i dont know what to make of her, but i have realised there are issues there.

Big Brother has also failed to call LExi into order i mean he has realised that she is the root cause of all these problems, is he enjoying the drama she brings?

09:23 Lola talks to Lexi and Thando about how she may of lead MK. Lexi then gets called to the Diary room.

08:52 Sol is very vocal over breakfast while Iris keeps to herself and Lexi sits in the kitchen.

08:30 The hot water is on and everyone scrambles to get in on some of the action.

08:17 Everyone sits around waiting for hot water and the ladies congregate in the lounge.

07:30 Housemates get physical with some morning exercise.

10:25 Vanessa and Lexi are bonding outside. Vanessa is telling her about properties she owns around Joburg. Could this be a new alliance?

10:05 The ladies talk about their favourite foods, putting on weight and being a bit more self-disciplined outside in the garden while the guys laze around inside and Mzamo tells Mandla he is losing weight.

11:15 Iris tells Mzamo and MK that she'd never allow another woman to raise her child. Meanwhile, Mandla and Loko sit on the stoep and catch up.

11:00 Mzamo and Iris take their conversation outside and they discuss women with kids. Last night's events seem to have helped here

10:50 Mzamo, Thando and Iris have a brief heart to heart about ghetto guys, cheese boys and White guys in the bedroom. Mzamo knows exactly what he likes.

This just in from a Big Brother press release ... snippets about what's coming up:

"On Friday night (21 February), the guys will get their chance to play the Secrets Game with Biggie, by attempting to match the seven secrets they have been given to each of the seven female Housemates.

The boys are confident that they will be successful at the challenge, and will avoid automatic nomination next week … but so too were the girls until they lost in dramatic fashion last Friday.

Then, on Saturday (22 February), its spa time again! Head of House Mzamo has had a stressful week as he agonised over his‘save and replace’ decision. Eventually he made the choice to save Thando and put MK up for nomination in her place, so he’s definitely going to be looking forward to enjoying a few relaxing spa treatments.

Whether he’ll take Vanessa as his pamper partner again, as he did the last time he was HoH, remains to be seen. The choice of whom to take along to the spa session last week appeared to unleash a storm over Mandla so one wonders if the same thing is about to happen to Mzamo … Plus don’t forget Saturday night means Channel O party time with a surprise guest coming into the house!

And of course, all eyes will be on series host Lungile Radu on Sunday night (23 February) when he announces who the first Housemate to leave the Main House will be. With Kat, Lexi, Loko, MK and Vanessa all up for possible eviction, only the audience vote can save them!

With Lexi’s already confused relationship with Mandla coming under pressure with the arrival of Iris and the Kat/Jase love affair continuing to blossom eviction night is definitely looming large for everyone…"

13:40 In her Diary session, Vanessa says she's inspired by the late Nelson Mandela, her brother and a local actor.

13:35 MK says he wants to visit someone special in Lesotho after the show. Jase is amused by this declaration.

13:15 Thando consoles her weeping 'friend' Lola in the bedroom. She tells her about Housemates they can and con not trust. Why is she crying again?

13:00 Mzamo tells Biggie that the three SA celebrities he admires and that inspire him are: Bonang, AKA and Trevor Noah. He adds that they are geniuses in their different crafts.

12:50 Lola says her mom is her role model and breaks down when Biggie asks her about advice she would get from her mom at this point of the game. Biggie advises her to stay strong!

12:45 Diary sessions commence with Lola. She says the situation in the House is a bit awkward after Lexi and Iris' altercation last night.

12:00 The Housemates are busy perfecting their Sports gear in the garden.

That moment when Iris slips out of her shell and hooks up with Mzamo while at it. What a combination!

Barely a full day after squaring it up with Lexi, Iris seems ready to pounce. A chat about the best choice of guys to date saw Mzamo, Thando and Iris discussing cheese boys, ghetto guys and white guys.

Iris immediately sprung back into her Chamber character and the three went to town on the subject. It looks like the Iris we got know in the Chamber is back and ready to let her guard down. Can somebody scream drama!

The question is; has she gone for the best alliance in the House? What happened to that mini-friendship that was growing between her and Kat? Maybe Kat was a safer option, if what BB Mzansi fans are saying is anything to go by.

BB Mzansi fans have been a tad bit worried about Mzamo.
