I think they may have done what they did to protect jabu but they shld hv considered that the marriage was known by many people. Hi family. Thanks for keeping the blog going. I am already seeing Isibaya going in a better direction than last year they have all the characters from last season and have added a new storyline and new characters there is room for creativity. Managed to seeyesterday's episode from a friends house and I must say I like the new family already appearance wise, they dress better than all the characters and even Iris. I am happy there is some stability at least at the zungus.

Qondi and Fezile are going to break up. The excuse about Thandeka and S'bu was a bit lame as far as I am concerned. Remember there was an episode in which Qondi was beginning to question her relationship with Fezile because of his being a nkabi? I think that is what is going to feature a lot in their relationship and ending thereof. Seeing that Qondi is in the Isibaya promotion picture and not Thandeka means that she is going to take center stage this season. I think Thandeka and S'bu are going to go away, presumambly overseas for Thandeka to pursue her masters degree or something. Qondi will be brought into the business in Joburg and Mkabayi will be mostly based in Bhubesini. Ialso think Zweli might fall for Qondi and this cause tension between Qondi and Fezile...but then this just me and my imagination. Wonder when the fact that Lerato is Iris's daughter will surface though!!

I think they will leave also but Isibaya will feel empty without them.

Samson Ndlovu Sbu father staged an accident of mpiyakhe...and all people though he was dead. He(samson) took mpiyakhe to sunday(witchdoctor) so that he can be able to turn mpiyakhe to a zombie and control him. Well they fed him all de muthi dey could find and even put a nail on his forehead....tym went buy and it looked Ndlovu was winning and thandeka(mpiyakhe daughter) kept looking for his father

Samso heard the news that thandeka was looking for her father and with his stupid thinking he send mpiyakhe to kill his father(pity he didnt know the connection btw the two was too strong)....went mpiyakhe came across thandeka well he managed to strangle her but was unable to kill her and dats how he escaped and ended up in hospital

Iris went and married jackson less than a month after he mpiyakhe so called funeral....he married the guy as he was a lawyer and though he had money little did he knew that he was flat broke....things went sour between the two after jackoson used some of mpiyakhe money to pay for his own debts as they had joint account.....iris went on and sleep with jabu(mpiyakhe son) but mkabayi sorted the two out

Mehlo was Sunday's slave boy he had the soft spot for Mpiyakhe didn't give him all the medicine he was instructed to give him, he also took him out of the cage to the sun & to see moon at night which made the muthi weak on him..... Mpiyakhe escaped from hospital when they were about to remove a nail on his forehead, he just pulled the nail out and ended up in the village bushes..... When Ndlovu's team was searching for him Mehlo saw him first when they were gone he went back to him and stole Sunday's muthi to heal Mpiyakhe..... Sunday locked Mehlo on the cage after realising that he's been stealing his muthi, Mpiyakhe came to Sunday's hut to rescue Mehlo he set fire on & the hut burned down. Mehlo went to the Zungus to tell them everything Mpiyakhe was still on the bushes

Many people were killed along the way

Hullo family, long time no speak and laughter. Been off-line and also trying to contain the addiction of blogging.

Its good to see that Isibaya Blogg still tops other bloggs in terms of numbers. I am more silent blogger these days on my phone, have a skorokoro phone,mine went for repairs and been hectic at work financial year end. Yooh life just happens hey....lol

Isibaya...love seeing Mpiyakhe almost on every episode. I suspect Bhekifa replaced Gatsheni as we cant have three main charectors with such strong personalities.

My question is why was Thandeka paid 15 cows? My knowlegde is that 15 cows are only paid to a princess. A normal zulu girl is paid 11 cows if she is still a virgin of which we all know Thandeka is not. Wont be suprise if Mandla goes crazy on this one. Out of those 11 cows the most expensive cow is inkomo kamama of which in Thandekaz case the Ndlovu should have nagotiated on the fact tha inkomo kamama isiyaxhuga based on the fact that it was Sbu who took Thandekaz verginity.

As far as I know Mpiyakhe is not from the royal family he is just a rich men in his village not out of the ordinary. His wealth come from the taxi business.

11 cows was what they were supposed to pay for Thandeka than the Zungus will decided at to what cost is each cow as I said earlier on the most expensive cow among those cowws is the mothers cow so it up to the Zungus that they want 30k or more or even less for that.

Sbu was suppose to pay what we call umuqhoyiso. Thats how its done on my side please teach more about your side.....120 cows.....tjo.

@Kontsi yes dear Zimbabwe, Harare, Kuwadzana 5...born and bred...so when some guys here write in other South African languages i can't read...i only speak English and Shona and a bit of Mandarin coz i once lived in China...im ndebele and im told im of SA descent though...i dont speak Ndebele because my mother was shona so my dad's language was diluted but he is fluent in isindebele....TMI i knowwwwww!!!!!!!!

I loved their wardrobe as well...esp Mkhabayi, she is always in drapes it was refeshing to see her body hugging for once...

Isibaya blog has long united people from across southern africa and across different languages and we have been happy on this blog. The problem why we had grown to this level is because we appreciate each other for who we are and our different backgrounds. People always come in handy when it comes to translations but zimbabweans seem to be arrogant. Dont make this platform a platform for xenophobia, whatever you were saying to each other zvizvi and gugu u cld hv respected the other bloggers and written in english or at least translate. This is not the first time this has happened on this blog. I will go back into the previous months.

@Alyka and @sexy d my mission has been accomplished....i'm glad you noticed how writing in our languages is plain alienating each other...i wrote in Shona for a reason...to make you guys realise how hard it is to sometimes understand what you are putting across even when you DO mix with a bit of English

You guys always write in languages that we do not understand, despite you mixing with English still we dont speak those languages so why dont we all be good sports and write in English so that we are always on the same page...

That is why i cant watch Isibaya without reading the subtitles...i need them always because i dont understand a word of zulu, tswana or sisotho...

I was totally off, I did not foresee the Qondi, Bhekifa angle!!! Was thinking Qondi and Zweli. Goes to show that iSibaya writers are super creative. I think Iris will seek refuge at the Ngubane, approach Zweli in particular. I foresee Bhekifa hounding Qondi, she reminds him of his late wife and then fireworks will begin, Fezile has to compete for her attention while the chief also wants her. Mkabayi will be very upset with that since it looks like the two can't stand each other! @MTlou when i joined this blog i felt like i had found family because we are joined by Isibaya but i was honest enough to say I DO NOT UNDERSTAND ZULU at all...i rely on translations and subtitles...people said we should be free to express ourselves in the languages that we feel comfortable, fair and fine but if it was up to me i would say let us all use English to avoid discussions like these...

Now assuming that we can all relate or understand Zulu is WRONG or i wouldnt even have complained....if it was a Zimbabwean soap i would still blog in English and not alienate others and also save myself the trouble of translating...i love the spirit here and lets keep it like that and not assume things we arent sure of...

I personally dont mind a bit of zulu quotes here and there, somethings are better said in one's language but that should be enough....i will personally continue to blog in English, if anyone feels the need to use their own native language please do kindly translate for us...otherwise made love for all of you guys!!!!

Good people let's not fight over languages we once had people like Macaphuna (God knows we miss him so much) who used to blog on deep Zulu only, we even thought he didn't know English but there were never talks like these people like Sondiya used to translate for others what he was saying. If you write in your language you must be prepared to translate........... Isibaya is Zulu if we put Zulu words here & there & translate that will help you to learn it........... I have a guy here at work he's from Cameroon he always come to us to ask what they meant when they were saying this word & now he understand Zulu & does not rely on subtitles he can even read it.
