After being shocked a week ago by an article in
DRUM mag on weather girl Andile Masuku confirming what I noticed one morning when watching the weather on Morning Live, that Andile Masuku looked pregnant again!
It turned out she was for real over 7 months pregnant with her second child with suspended ANCYL spokesperson, Floyd Shivambu just after she gave birth to their daughter, Katekani 8 months ago.
I really couldn't believe that she's indeed pregnant because we saw her just last year pregnant and now she appears with a big bump futhi! A friend shared the same shock as me.
I even asked why they didn't use contraceptive such as condoms, morning after pill etc to prevent another early pregnancy. If it had to be without a condom Andile could have used a morning after pill or something to prevent an unplanned pregnancy as she also said this second pregnancy was unplanned.
What even shocked us is that Andile Masuku said to DRUM she gave birth through the C-section! I might not know the details about these things but I've heard that a woman needs to at least take a few months before having sex again for the operation to heal, correct me if I'm wrong?
My friend seemed to know the same thing too she even said they must have been doing it from behind then. Andile seems to agree that,
"a caesarean is never easy because the recovery takes quite some time,” she said to DRUM. Which means it only took two months with her.
Andile Masuku said to DRUM about the labour of Katekani,
"labour was just something else. There was not enough space for her to move. My labour went on for 24 hours and she wouldn't come, so the doctor decided to do a caesarean."
Andile says Floyd was supportive during the process of the labour,
"he was by my side during labour and the poor man paced up and down all the time. But my labour was prolonged he checked out. He came back afterwards and was the first person to hold the baby after me. He hates hospitals, so I'm very proud of him".
Andile Masuku admits that people are amazed by her recent pregnancy saying,
"people are amazed I'm having another baby so soon..." She defended her being pregnant so soon by saying
"it was a surprise, but a pleasant one because I'm not getting any younger. From now on it’s going to be all work for me. But really, there's nothing worse than having a baby at 40".
With the second pregnancy she said about Floyd Shivambu,
"he's been occupied with a whole host of things. His absence is not a problem because there are two families supporting me. I'm just letting him focus on work."
Now this week DRUM has another exclusive a follow up article on this article that Andile Masuku did two weeks ago. In this week's DRUM Floyd Shivambu denies that the baby boy Andile Masuku just gave birth to is his.
He even says they are not seeing each other at all with Andile. But Andile has support from Floyd's mother saying that the baby is Floyd's. He must just be a man and take responsibility.
Floyd Shivambu wrote to DRUM,
"Please note it on record that I am not involved with the child she's carrying. I publicly acknowledge and know of Katekani as my child".
He went on to say,
"I demand an immediate retration and apology as I have nothing to do with the pregnancy of Andile Masuku. I have forwarded e-mail and communicated with Andile that she must also stop spreading lies about my name. I am not the father of her child and she knows that very well."
When DRUM contacted Andile Masuku about Floyd's e-mail, she said,
"He must grow up and be a man. I don't have time for his childish games. Whatever he's going through in his political life has made him a bitter man. Sadly it’s affecting those who are close to him. I seriously don't deserve to be treated like sh!t."
Andile also reveals that Floyd tried to convince her to do an abortion but she refused. Floyd even denies dating Andile even though they have been seen at events together. She says they lived together and she even lived with Floyd's parents something that Floyd also denied.
She says she decided to move out last year after she discovered Floyd's promiscuous ways. She says she wouldn't let him play her with other girls.
This reminded me of when I was watching one of these TV shows seeing Ntsiki Mazwai seated with Floyd Shivambu at some event all cosy. I wondered how Andile felt if she saw that.
Andile says
“I could not live with his lifestyle of over-indulgence at parties and drinking almost every day. He would come home very late at night and didn't like me asking him where he had been, even though I had the right to do so...."
Even though Floyd is denying everything to do with Andile except his daughter with her, Katekani, his mother is on Andile's side in all this drama. Floyd's mother says,
"if Floyd is not certain about the paternity of the baby why doesn't he go for a blood test and stop hurting Andile and Katekani?"
Floyd's mother even says
"Floyd must take responsibility as a man. Besides, if Andile was a cheat as Floyd claims, which man would have anything to do with her and a small baby?"
Ya ne drama, drama, drama in Floyd's life. First his political career is taking a dive now there's drama in his private life too and its all in the public to see.
Somehow I knew Floyd must be not happy with Andile's recent pregnancy as most men don't like it when a woman gets pregnant just after the other pregnancy.
Maybe Floyd is denying this baby because of the shock even though he knows they didn't use protection.
As I read the first article about this pregnancy I could figure it out that there seems to be something fishy about the father when Andile talked about Floyd's absence and letting him to focus on work.
Another woman who seems to be having problems in her private life is socialite Uyanda Mbuli. Uyanda Mbuli and her husband, Sisa Mbuli are reported to have taken their separate ways.
The man is complaining mostly about Uyanda’s social life that is way too much for a mother and a married woman. Sunday World reports that, Sisa Mbuli and their son went to spend the festive season in Egypt while Uyanda chose to spend it in Durban partying up a storm at some party that was organized by some unknown business person.
Sisa Mbuli even wants the porche he apparently bought for Uyanda back. But the lady is refusing with it saying the car is under her name, which I think chances of Sisa Mbuli getting the car back are very slim if the car is really written under Uyanda’s name.
I think at some point this was expected shem, the way Ms Mbuli doesn’t miss any party made many wonder how her husband feels about all this. I mean Uyanda is not even doing anything in the entertainment industry that requires her to be everywhere. It’s just that she attends all these parties to keep her “celeb status”.
Now she claims that she was being abused by her husband
*yawns* why is she saying this now ebehleleleni? Is it because she wants people to feel sorry for her and take her side on what is happening in he life now?
There is also Mshoza on Sunday World talking about her husband. I don’t have energy to dwell on this Mshoza thing thle bathong. You can read about it on Sunday World.
On a positive note, Tbose and his wife Mapaseka are on the cover of DRUM mag. They are talking about their marriage, how much they love each other, about being divorced and reconciling.
When I read their story about them being divorced now re-married I just wished the same could happen for Azania and her ex-husband, Tony Ndoro. I liked them as a couple shem.
He banna! Another story that shocked me is a story of a baby that was stolen from her mother's womb! The baby was stolen by a neighbour who tricked the pregnant mother to come into her house.
She cut open her tummy and stole the baby. The womb of the mother was also removed by this monster of a her woman! She took the body of the mother and put it in her rubbish bin for it to be thrown at a dump site by those people who collect rubbish. They couldn’t take the bin because it was too heavy and decided to live it there.
In all, the woman who stole the baby was arrested when she took the baby to a hospital. The nurses suspected something was not right when they saw that the baby still had blood but the woman did not look like someone who had just given birth! So that woman got arrested at the hospital.
The baby is fine shame thank God! But the mother is obviously dead and her body was found at that woman’s house. Yoh things some people do! Where do they get isibindi esingaka kodwa!
Another shocker is the passing of American singer, Whitney Houston who was found dead at some hotel on the eve of the Grammy Awards. The cause of her death is still unknown.
Jennifer Hudson performed Whitney’s song/s at the Grammy Awards in her remembrance. May her soul rest in peace.
You can catch the Grammies tonight on Vuzu at 20:30 if you didn't wake up this morning.
That's your Monday World!!! Enjoy the rest of your week ;-)
